Celene was finally about to beat that damn route. The youngest prince's ending was by far the most difficult, and it was almost over, just a few more scenes and she was confident she would win.

it would be the culmination of 4 years of hard work after dropping out of high school. She’s been obsessing over this game for long enough. And by completing the seventh out of seven routes, she would join the very exclusive club of players who got the ‘all endings’, the greatest honor in their little Throne War community.

As the ending came closer and closer she couldn’t help but reflect on the past few years. After her parents died, leaving her a sizeable inheritance and their life insurances, she knew she wouldn’t hurt for money.

Dropping out of school had been easy after that. She didn’t like it and she had recently discovered Throne War, and she felt that streaming the game was a better use of her time.

She’d quickly joined the budding community and had helped develop strategies and participated in in-depths analysis of the game. She had eventually, around the end of year one, been the first to finish the route for the fourth prince, the Sick Prince. He was the third most difficult Prince to win with, mostly because he kept dying.

She was also the most popular streamer that streamed the game regularly. She had had a major impact on the history of the game and it’s community.

While she was proud of herself for her accomplishments these past few years, she had felt frustrated as more and more people finished the ‘all endings’ and she didn’t. It had transformed into an obsession at some point before she realized and by then she couldn’t put the game down.

She was starting to feel exhausted with the game so it was good timing she she finally managed it. She take a break after that, maybe come back to the game on the data side of things with a more laid back attitude.

The speedrun for the game was also recently developing and she thought that it might be an interesting way to replay the other endings. At least she sure wasn’t going to be the poor sod who would speedrun ‘all endings’, that was masochism beyond even her.

Just as the game reached the last panel she’d seen in the other finisher’s screenshots, something went wrong, she felt an all consuming pain across her entire body. Like her entire nervous system was being torn away from her body.

She quickly passed out from the pain, unable to endure for long.

The Multiversal Administrator looked at the little soul in front of him.

He was in quite the pickle, some accident had happen and this little soul had suffered an early death because of his mistake. As such he owed her karma. Sadly, this little soul couldn’t possible bear it, their power difference was such that she would be annihilated by him owing her karma if he released her to the circle of reincarnation.

And willfully destroying a soul was a much graver offense than accidentally killing a mortal early. No he had to repay that debt be fore he could release her. Thankfully , that rather simple, a life for life, since he had killed her, would simply reincarnate her himself, it wouldn’t be as clean as the normal process, but by doing it himself at least the debt would repaid.

He was about to reincarnate her in her world of origin when he realized that it wouldn’t be enough to repay his karma, so he had to find something else.

That was when he found that she had a high affinity for the world of Throne War, an affinity even higher the one she had with her world of origin, that was king of impressive.

Even better, reincarnating her there would repay his debt in full if he chose the right staring conditions. It brought up another problem though, reincarnating individuals with knowledge they weren’t supposed to have into world not prepared for them was also against the rules. That wasn’t a problem in and of itself, but he had never been talented at memory erasure, so this was going to take some time.

Still, he had all the equipment, ‘just in case’. So he immediately began erasing all of the little soul’s revolutionary knowledge in comparison to the Throne War world as well as all the knowledge that would be useless to her such as geography and such.

By the time he was done his karmic debt to the little soul had gone even higher but that was also easily resolved, knowledge for knowledge. He had recently bought a knowledge system at a discount because it sounded interesting, that was a perfect fit to repay the knowledge debt.

After programming and implementing the system inside the little soul, he was done.

It took only a moment to find the family that would perfectly repay the karmic debt, and he sent her there before the pregnant woman’s fetus could attract a soul on it’s own.

“Good luck, little one.” he said a bit tired from focusing for so long, he watched for a moment longer before going back to his usual boring business.

When Celene next opened her eyes the first thing she saw was a popup from the system.
