Pix is just a family friend! Fenny got the 3 badges with Scoria alone. Only the Grass gym requires more than one Pokémon.

Some Pokemon are up there in power level. Ditto’s are considered to be nearly Legendary, while Hatterene and Charizard are just extremely powerful. Not got a hard list of them, there's a lot of Pokemon!

Pacing is tricky to judge. Space them out enough you can establish the relationships before adding in a new is all I can say.

They're a bit more complicated than that, but that's the brief! 

I always go for the "Low/High" method. Something exciting, something relaxing, and back again. 

Also with the magneton which has 3 bodies what happens upon evolution? Is it a 3 in 1 deal of magnezone or it’s a fusion?

There's one in the story! They just hang out together. Magnezone is a fusion to become something bigger and better. Robot girl culture is very odd.

Also no Moves can't be transferred. Abilities are the big perks and the rest is mainly cosmetic.

And it depends on what they're possessing really. Objects can be a fusion like Pix, while people it's usually a body share. 

Maybe Nihilego does its own weird thing, Pokémon are never quite what you expect. 

They nearly always call each other sisters, with "Big Sis" and "Little Sis" for evolutions. But there's variance. Vespiqueen would consider themselves more than just a Big Sister, for example. 

It's very loose based on games, most plot is removed. 

Red is more just a fun reference, there's no famous Pokémon characters running about but if you want there to be it's a big world! 

I think evil teams would be either ideologically based with certain views on how relationships should be (One partner only.), power dynamic based (A ditto thinks Pokémon should be in charge again.), or some mishap with the energies that deal with bonds and how they affect the world turning people aside.

Also anything I should consider about ultra beasts? 

They're like a different universe thing, so that's how I'd handle it! They're from somewhere else, they might be weird.
