Fanfics? Well, if you are looking for fanfics you can just use the fandom option in advanced search but I'm happy to give you some suggestions.

Maerry's fanfics are good. There's one in Naruto, and a sequel in Bleach which are romance/ harem.

There's also Imbreak, FateDevilAce and HikaruGenji who are good authors with plenty of romance and harem. FateDevilAce doesn't do fanfics though. Their works are original. Still good though.

Imbreak actually just started a new fanfic in Marvel which is harem/ romance/ etc.
