So does this mean you will continue dark elf or will it just be rewritten up to the existing chapters?
It will be rewritten, however, since some chapters are being merged and deleted, there may end up being a continuation of the original story.
First rewritten chapter of Dark Elf has been published. More to come.

Hey! sorry to see that you're dropping I'm My Dark Elf character. I wanted to know if it were gone for good or are you doing a re-write. Also, seriously, thank you for telling us that you were dropping it. I hope all is well and Happy New Year.
Thank you (sorry for taking so long to come to this, I have barely been on this site as of late). All is well with me except I am extremely unmotivated and have pretty much given up on writing. I don't want to say anything about a rewrite as of yet, but if I do consider doing one, it my come. I do have some semblance of a rewrite for my other story but I have lost motivation on that too.
Ah, I know the feeling. The dreaded lack of motivation. Well, I will continue to hope that you can find your muse sometime in the future, in the meantime thanks for what you've done so far and best of luck!
Is the story dead ? It's some time now, than no chapter as go out ?
Or maybe have you to much work or other family bind who draw you back ? Still your lap-top ? Well, whatever it is ... know i realy like what you do, even if i'm sometime critic with my coment. And see the story death in water is a shame.

I need to learn to click save more often, that's twice now I've lost a couple paragraphs because my laptop decided to just not work and crash instead.
Or maybe invest in a new laptop when you can

I'm getting a new one at Christmas so thats something I am looking forward to a lot. Then I can pump out chapters much much faster without having to worry about anything getting lost.
Januray sales might be a good time to get one and not put to much pressure on your self for christmas, that and some places have been known to increase prices around christmas

Alright, brain feels like working and my laptop keyboard feels like working again. I am probably going to be continuing I Refuse To Be A Helpless Damsel in the near future. As for my other story, my brain doesn't feel like writing any more chapters for it for a while.
