Not sure about Yin Physique. When I did that initial chapter rush nearly two years ago, I had a backlog, and then I forced myself to write and release a chapter every other day until I lost the spot on the front page. I was writing with an outline — multiple arcs, even, but I managed to screw something up and wrote myself into a corner (forgot to give Midnight a specific vi plant.) I wrote about half a chapter earlier this year and found that, and since then I just haven't bothered to fix it.

In a way, the fact that I don't have current plans to continue it is more that I'm not treating writing as a career anymore, but something I do as a hobby instead. Which means I'm less encouraged to dedicate a ridiculous amount of time to a really massive story like that.

That all being said, I do still want to see Yin Physique to the end, just as much as I'd like to see Snowbound to the end. So someday it might happen. But for now you might as well consider it on indefinite hiatus as well.

If it really needs to be, you can always go back and edit the related released chapters. The story has stopped for long enough that the followers would probably end up reread it again from the beginning.

No, just indefinite hiatus until I rework it to be a standalone story. Not that there’s anything wrong with the Troubleverse, I just always had trouble with the story cuz I was operating within unclear limitations. Much easier to write if I’m the one deciding everything. Anyway, not sure when that’ll be. Technically I have three more completed chapters on my Patreon, btw, but again, never gonna upload them cuz I want to rework everything

Something's... Witchy turned out to need a lot more editing than I expected, so that won't be coming to Scribble for a while still (takes a long time for me to work up the motivation for editing in general, let alone multiple chapters)

And as for Polyclueless, that will prolly never come to Scribble, I think I'm going to keep that one as a Patreon & itch.io exclusive.

It’s not cancelled! I’m not sure when exactly, but at some point I do plan to go back to it for another month or so of chapters every-other-day like I did last time. Just gotta get a free month to dedicate to it! 

Polyclueless is a story about a very anxious "boy" whose best friends (a lesbian couple) pull him into VR with them, and, well, in VR "boys" can play as girls, so.... Let's just say that some cute things happen. ?

Small review of Polyclueless for the scribblers: In short it gives me the warm fluffies whilst also making me worry for the main character, the writing is well done probably equivalent to some professional writers I've read, and I think that although it's short the characters develop so fantastically that it makes me want a longer version. Worth every second, go buy it, no regrets

Yep, I have two finished short stories I'll be editing and releasing in the next month or so hopefully! 

Polyclueless — Three best friends play VR, a lesbian couple and a really uncomfortable and anxious boy. Let's just say he doesn't stay uncomfortable for long...

Something's... Witchy — The son of a witch is told that magic doesn't exist, all the while he's able to see it. Then his sister becomes a witch herself, and, well, from there the uncomfortable status quo finally changes! 

Cool! I can't wait. 

P.S. For those of you waiting for new stuff by me — never fret! I have a couple work-in-progress short stories coming up soon, and then once those are through I'll be heading back to work on my longform content again (IE, Snowbound and Yin Physique).

P.S. It's probably worth noting that cultivation stories tend to have an insane number of chapters, tons of arcs and characters etc etc. Honestly, Yin Physique will probably be the same way, if I can get that far. 

P.P.S. There's also one cultivation novel on Scribble I used to read called Cultivation Done Right https://www.scribblehub.com/series/8659/cultivation-done-right/ but I think it got dropped.

wow, i saw the 5 comments in my notifications, lol. okay, i'll take a look at the cultivation done right to start, and the tales of demons and gods. thanks, chiri, it really is a neat way to handle character growth! (and long arcs and many chapters just mean mor of a good thing, so bring it on!)
