Ok chapter 17 is pretty much almost finished, just a few lines to go and then proofreading and editing. close to 4k words all up.
Will post in roughly 34 and a half hours. This chapter is too important to rush.
I'd like to thank you for trying to defend my writing with Kawaii. I appreciate it a lot, and I just wanted to say thank you. I do have something in mind eventually that will show off what all this emotional clamping is doing - but truly, people who are looking for scientific realism in fantasy stories are kind of stupid. Thanks again.

Still sick, this seems to be coming and going in waves.
That said I have the chapter three quarters done with the rest planned out in detail.
Currently writing and hoping to have it finished for next scribblehub reset, but I'll understand if I can't because this sickness has made writing really hard and I don't want to rush and leave you all with anything sloppy.

ok so might be a bit early seeing how i got worse after I thought i was getting better once, but im feeling better.
Head was clear today, coughing is down, nose isn't running, I'm not feeling like I need to lay in bed reading all day.
Eyes are still sore so i can't stare at screen so long, but hopefully that will be better tomorrow so I can write!
Got big plans for next few chapters as we close up arc one and move onto arc two of Illegal Alien.

Chapter 15 might be later than i wanted. I have started it but I feel like pancake.
Chapter 14 about 3/4s done at 2331 words, hoping to have it up Tuesday my time (35ish hours).
OK so circumstances prevented me writing over the weekend, but i got over 1500 words down today for Chapter 13. Hopefully I'll finish in next few days.
Have plans for Chapter 13 but haven't started writing yet.
Busy week this week hopefully ill get time on the weekend!

It is done! Chapter 12 is finally done and as long as I can get it edited before I head out tomorrow I'll post it around 00:00 GMT/UTC. Probably going to be another big 2 part chapter like Chapter 10.
3244 words atm and it has a natural mid point and very different tones across both halves.
