Why doesn’t he make the time flow separate from the flow of world he is in and make it so that no matter how much time he spends in the realm, the moment he exits is the same moment he entered when looking at the world’s timeline. This way, even if he were to spend multiple days or even decades inside of it there would not have been any time that passed outside his realm when he leaves

While he can do that he would consciously have to be in the Void realm and do that. Due to him not being a god with authority on the concept of time any changes he makes to time creates ripples that can be felt by higher beings. So at this stage if he did that it would be like putting up a spotlight saying here I am come find me. Only extremely high-level god can minimize those ripples in order to hide their changes in time.

So basically, what you are saying is, he could make an administrator to put in charge of the realm after he reaches a certain level in power, but that he isnt there yet and doesnt have the resources to do so either.

Sophia is an enemy, and they plan to capture her so if they succeed then Zero will be able to override her personality. There is another character who will soon become a possibility in the later chapters. I also plan to have him go to the Darksiders world, so he might possibly get with Fury or Lilith. Let them know also have them go after everyone delsin went after since there going to have blood and biomass powers they can use it to restore old cells and live forever they can also be there when delsin frees all the conduits also if you do have them copy delusions powers instead of making them weaker have them as strong a a prime conduits powers because delsins powers get weaker the more he gets as seen in his final battle 

Also when copying Cole's powers a cool karma bomb would be an EMP surprised they didn't use that in the game

Yeah truthfully he should be able to do more like emps, magnetic abilities, being able to enhance he strength and reactions to superhuman levels, turning into electricity for high speed movement, and so much more.
