Hmm I doubt your the author of this story it's probably a translation. Anyone who knows even basic English pronounces his name as Naruto Uzumaki they only use the last name first in China not even Japan does that. If I'm right you should speed up the translation of the story. It does not look to hard to translate.
It is not a translation. I write six chapters a week because that's what I have time for. English is my third language.
As for the name, I grew up in Spain and we also put the last name before the name when we want to be more formal. So is not just a Chinese thing.
