Hi. More thoughts re: "I'm just a guard".
I had this slight lingering wonder in the last few chapters, which I may guess you have too. The "title drop" moment. Has either Flake or Crystal ever said this statement?
The general intent I mean is, for some soon abandoned stories I feel the story outpaced its author's initial motive or direction.
Well. Hollywood logic. Hacker presses some buttons and suddenly Flake now has feelings and now his broken code fiddles with other NPC's code!
I haven't put much thought into this and neither should you...
And, well, I haven't quite far NPC awakening will go. Whether or not I'll make Crystal have the code boggling powers as well is something I'll have to think on. As for the devs well...We'll see.
