High chances they want to reach to og author and translate as a webnovel original or something once story reach a certain level of sucess, cause they ain't a charity work anyway, they see themselves as business though it mess quite a lot with others, heck, even see some fictions starting and in the middle of nowhere, author accepts contract and half the story become paid only with all new chapters becoming locked for freebie users like us lol...

It was deleted... WN has now deleted a lot of fanfics on which they own CPs
Webnovel decided to Thanos-snap my Pokémon fic out of existence. ?
I think Webnovel is slowly deleting those Fanfic Translations that had garner a lot of fame. I've seen a lot of fanfics that I knew existed, before suddenly disappearing in my reading list
they nuked some today too
