I presume it was published with Amazon (Kindle Unlimited?), whose infuriating, if rather logical, policy requires that the content published through their service not be available (digitally?) through other means. That being said, I would also appreciate confirmation, as well as an answer to whether the story will continue beyond the chapters previously available here.
