Described as the Multiverse's landfill site of negative emotions. The layout of the following story is a serialized dark mythos set within Vault City, a megacity drowning in ritual, decay and corporate divinity. Stalking the collapsing streets is Near, the cities dark mysterious vigilante, and probably only true hero, but nonetheless caught between redemption and judgement. With a divine voice shadowing his every movement and decision, the story blends noir, political horror, sacred violence and post-collapse theology.
