Hey Galen so I’ve got a question? How do you keep al the stuff that you use in the story. Powers, characters, characters powers, locations, resources, locations, etc, straight? Do you use a mind map or some really extensive notes or what?
And when something pops in my head that I might wanna use or comes up in the story (a place or person that might again) I’d note it down, so that if I want to introduce a new twist I can look through my interesting items
Although since your world is based on dc , you can draw from (fictional) reality, although you use your own characters a lot, which is impressive considering how many people write dc or marvel or whatever so they don’t have to
Where are you man?! Don't mean to rush yah, but you left us on a cliffhanger promising sweet sweet evisceration, just don't keep us waiting for too long.
F¥ck. I’m sorry it’s not easy losing someone and it’s even worse when it’s suicide because you think you can see the signs and do something but most of the time you can’t. I suffered from depression a couple years ago and let me reassure you it isn’t your fault. Suicide is a choice a truly cr@ppy choice but a personal choice. Their Choice.
Focus on the good times the time you spent together that is more important how they lived their life rather than how it ended.
I read somebody else’s comment about adding them to your story and I think it’s a good idea. A tribute, a way to remember them. An important VI character matching their appearance to a favorite character from comics being changed to be more like them or maybe if you want to keep them with you write them into the story using the multiplayer part of the Dream.
Take whatever time you need be it a hiatus or even longer. Life has been sh!t the last couple years. Nobody in your reader pool could possibly reject you taking a siesta and if they do f¥ck them.
Might be a bit sacrilegious to sign off with since it’s dc and all but all things considered I thought it seemed nice. “Peace and Long Life. Live Long and Prosper.” 😜
Hey G was reading a comic in the library when I came across this Superman Unchained (Deluxe edition Scott Synder Jim Lee). It’s got a character named Wraith. Alien from another planet mixed with the Roswell incident alien ship with equations on the side that accelerated mankind’s development of tech. Just wondering if I found part of your inspiration?
I'm tempted to say no? But it's possible? I've read so many books, and comics to get inspiration that it's more than likely. Definitely not intentional. I will go look for this comic! Thank you for the information.
When’s the last time you stepped back and just appreciated the entire world (both in game and out of game) that you’ve created here Galen? Causes it’s pretty Fing impressive and I just hope you truly appreciate everything that you’ve achieved
Or offensively: figuratively give the enemy two left feet by removing their friction and grip. And if you don’t want people to just be able to tinker with spells you could make it an ability.
soz about the no result, it’s cause I missspelled vaudevillain as vaudevill’ia’n, have corrected the spelling though amdumb seems to have covered for me, thanks amdumb for that (it’s hard not to sound sarcastic with that username)
