I read too much grimdark and progression fantasy growing up — Shadow Slave, He Who Fights With Monsters, the kind of stories where the protagonist starts below zero and the world doesn't pretend to be fair. Broken Sun is my attempt to write the kind of book I'd want to find on Scribble Hub.
