An Author For Fun
I read a few dozen light novels and wanted to write one without any prior experience or probably sufficient vocabulary. I am a teenager who is a non-native English speaker. I haven't seriously written any stories both in my native language or English. So any suggestions or criticisms on my storytelling or grammar would be appreciated, though please keep in mind that I am an absolute beginner in writing and about elementary or middle school level proficient on English, compared to native speakers. I just did it for the lols though (The review that is) but put the novel on my reading list and will give a proper review when I have the enigmatic 'free time'

You are the best! All of them are brilliant ideas, but they are your ideas. And unless I change the skills dramatically, it will be hard to go down that route. Furthermore, I selfishly don't want to write a protagonist that is full of depression and despair because of his lack of powers, he isn't going to have godly powers but I don't want him to feel sorrow and spite to himself chronically because he is unable to do some stuff.
Though you should probably write that story as your own, perhaps make it like JoJo's. Making each volume have a different protagonist or something. And deeply appreciate the time you've put in to write your novel's plot for the sake of my novel.

That's an interesting idea but I want to pick out a bit more chill plot to be honest. Though I think I can do both hmm... Multiple timelines perhaps...
im giving a hint as to what im expecting from your story, but honestly it overlaps on what im writing for mine. World building as in he hops from one master to another, dont let him easily get movement ability, and make the world building as in he goes through various hands, powerful kings to peasants, and the ability to use him depends on the user.
Or a time skip to the time he gets a specific person as master unintentionally, with flashbacks to the past? Hm, so much time will be have passed, perhaps making him keep his funky attitude could make sense. Then there's the gods and Diavolo's debt to him, he can get out of a lot of cheeky situations...
Being a weapon of mass slaughter and being chill in the same time doesn't suit the MC at all, and I don't want to go and such drastic changes out of nowhere. But thanks for saying me your idea, I hope that novel turns out great!
