Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I am doing alright, life has just been pretty crazy for me and I have had no free time. That is finally coming to an end, so I should be able to ramp up releases of my stories soon. 

Health is more important, we can wait for a good chapter but if the source is gone what do we do?

coffee won't be of any assistance but it tastes good if you plan to push otherwise solutions for migraines depending on the source i.e. noise pollution, sight pollution basically a sense overheats, drink cold water and reduce sound cover your head with a cool pillow in a dark room with the blinds up and sleep it off. Your health is ultimately more important than a deadline you set for yourself better a late chapter than a late author afterall 

The water is because the migraine could be the result of dehydration, the coffee is like squeezing your brain thats already squeezed as it dehydrates you more (the hair of the dog that bit you, temporary reprieve for harsher negative outcome later)

While it doesn't always help and too much of it will make it worse caffeine helps most types of migraines it makes dehydration worse and sometimes makes sense ones worse theirs a reason why dark chocolate is known to help with migraines it's the caffeine in it dark chocolate is more pure in cocoa which contains caffeine milk and white have more added stuff like milk and sugar sugar can make migraines worse thou so be careful on that

Hello! That is another one I want to get started on again. lol I have a lot of ideas on where that story will go, but I am unsure when I will be able to write and post it. I just started a new job and have a lot going on, so I am only doing my 1 story right now. 

I hope to get back into that and Silverscale Paradise in the coming months, once I get a good idea of my new free time.  I promise to come back to them as soon as I can.
