At age nine, I read the first book I ever read of my own free will, it was 'The Hobbit' by J.R.R. Tolkien. Since then, not a day has gone by where I didn't read a book of my own free will. (True Story)

If I had to summarize myself in one story it would be this:
My parents tell me that when I was a child I LOVED stories. So much so that when I was acting out all they would have to say was, "Once upon a time."
For example, my dad says that one time I had a hammer in my hand about to smash something when my dad said, "Once upon a time," and I stopped, with the hammer still raised up in the air. And my dad said he can remember haveing to scrabble to come up with a story.
Then as my dad continued I would slowly lower my hands and walk over.
As either my mom or aunt said, "It was like a magic spell."
And as far as I can tell my love for stories has yet to change.
