As for my absence, I don't want to say too much besides don't meet your heroes. I don't want to stir up drama here but it needed to be addressed. Some of the people I met through this site have become extremely important friends, family, and even a partner in my life. Others put me down and honestly bullied me for the way I chose to identify. 

It took a long time to get my mental state to a place where I could reclaim creative writing as something to do for myself, and I fully intend to do so, so patience is appreciated in this time.

As for the drama. Sad to hear it, glad your back, I followed you, so clearly you had words worth reading. But my shotty memory makes it hard to remember which.  So many of the authors I had been reading vanished over the last 2 years, and I've been in tears  thinking the worst. So I'm happy you're back. 

And yeah. Never meet your heroes.

Yes, I have the second chapter of camp moonlight written and I need to edit it. Unfortunately school, work, and my own mental health have taken up most of my attention and energy.

I understand.  

Also, I'm sorry to say unfortunately Snapdragon is on indefinite hiatus. I didn't know what I was doing when I started that story, or how to plan, so it's got no real direction at all. I've been trying to improve my writing tho, and I hope y'all stick around for what I try to accomplish in the future!
