Writing it from their perspective makes me feel getting into their minds. So, essentially, I am doing, what you do with the research about the world with envisioning these people. Sometimes, I even can make use of their "stories" when they interact with my players.

Otherwise: Keep up the good work, I really enjoy the story and I'll write a real review, once you passed a story climax and have some interlude (e.g. end of story arc 1, start of arc 2 or something like that)

Those character sheets have a lot of text attached to them, paragraphs about what they think and feel about the others around them, some rough (or sometimes more detailed) background stories, how they grew up, about their interactioons with others, just anything that comes into my mind.

While not (yet) an author myself but a DM inventing my own worlds, I have used extended RPG character sheets for the NPCs, as the main characters in the story are peing played by my friends and thus out of my control.

Having read all chapters within 2 days now, I can notice your characters fleshing out more and more. Don't worry too much about them feeling "wooden". Whenever you feel that it is appropriate, you can insert a paragraph written from their perspective to transport their thoughts, emotions and view on events.

I just read your comments on Chapter 28. From my point of view, you are doing a great job. I like your scientific approach and the world itself definitively feels real with all the research you put into it.
