Hey author, I'd like it if you give me/us an update on crimson tides, since I love it and want it to continue or at least know that it won't.
Hey. It's been a while since I've worked on Crimson Tides. As of today, my main priority is Saharan Successor. I don't know when I will finish Saharan Successor, but once it is done, I might return to finish that fanfic.

The one piece/Dracula fan fictions are confusingly worded so it's hard to tell which is the updated version. The title could be read as either blood unleashed being the rework of crimson tides or "crimson tides is the rework of this" which are total opposites. The summary also says you will "leave this story here for those who want to read the old one" followed by a link to the other story which could mean either we're currently on the old version or the link goes to said old version
500 word cap: I did see that it says "the rework of this story is called crimson tides" part but I did have to like read back over it and try to find a specific mention of which was the new version so I think the general confusion is still there, sometimes a small amount of confusion is all it takes for someone to click off the novel.
How long will the story be on hiatus?

So, I've realised that Saharan Successor is an Overgeared fanfic based on the author's note in chapter 6... I was wondering what that means for the series. Is Grid going to exist? How do the timelines match up? If I remember correctly Overgeared didn't start until Satisfy was at least a few years into its lifespan right? Will the story be mostly original content or will it overlap with Grid's journey?
The story is 90% original content, I only use the Worldbuilding of the Game, with certain characters of the original who will be interpreted differently compared to the original story.
Awsome. It's a lovely world, and I've been enjoying the story so far... but I've also read Grid's story before. I have no desire to read Overgeared 0.5 or whatever it might've been in this hypothetical world. From what I've seen of Crimson Tides (which I have finished) you do a wonderful job of making original content while using other worlds.
