My full name is Jason Timothy Richard and I was born in Louisiana. I primarily write fantasy and science fiction and my favorite novels are The Lord of the Rings trilogy. I graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in creative writing and have been hard at work refining my writing ever since.
As a side note, my last name is actually pronounced Ree-chard, due to some Cajun heritage. It's a common pronunciation of that name down here, but I won't be offended if people use the regular pronunciation. Before anyone asks, no. I don't have a Cajun accent, as cool as that would be.
