I figured I'd post another throwaway chapter of Miss Song's Home for Wayward Kemonomimis since I had it ready. It's up in both Reaver's Song and Katsu Bites. Erm. I just started reaver's song and I'm currently at chapter 11. Thing is, I'm a little weak-hearted, and I'm still reading it. But there's something, something that can make me brute force my way through the whole story-expectations. Please ignore all I just said, I just wanted to ask, will Carrisyn get any semblance of payback for all she's done to Minji. Because even if she's the love interest, I just can't bear to watch them progress without a little revenge for Minji.

 I'll also announce the results of the poll from Reaver's Song and give an update on when to expect the non canon NSFW stories as well as where we go from there on Sunday. Today is the final chapter of My Winter With You. It's been a long and emotional trip for me. It's been far more difficult than I imagined it would be. All of my characters are precious to me (except Jun and Daishi. Screw those guys) and it's hard to be the cause of their suffering. For now, at least, their suffering is nearly at an end. I'll have an author's afterward next week and give some more detail about the release of MWWY on Amazon at the same time.

After 17 months of oftentimes uneven progress, the end of Reaver's Song is in sight. I anticipate completing Minji's journey by the end of September. Thank you for all of your encouragement, patience, and interest. Any shortcomings in the story are wholly on me, please don't blame the characters, they're only following orders! I promise I don't have short-timers disease and I will continue to work my hardest to make sure the ending is the best it can be! Thank you again for reading!

I've added another story to Katsu Bites. It's not much of a love story, just an introduction to Ai who we meet in Reaver's Song briefly. Her origin story, as it were.

Some people may have noticed the Katsu Bites work. It's really just a collection of short stories or blurbs I've written. Some may not have an end, yet as they may have been written as future book ideas so it may not be for everyone. Yesterday I posted the complete Sayuri's Tail. Today is a story I wrote for the Yuri writing contest.

It was declined and I chose not to re-write the parts they felt broke their rules so I've posted it here since I won't be re-submitting it. I think the Yuri writing contest is a wonderful thing. Anything, really, that brings attention to the Yuri genre is a wonderful thing. My stories don't really lend themselves to what appears to be the target audience but I recommend reading their submissions if you have the time! For now, enjoy a simple foolish little love story titled After So Long!
