It's been a rough stretch. I have fibromyalgia, so my body doesn't react well to colder temperatures and we've been having a colder-than-average winter! I'm putting Daughter of Wisdom on a bit of a hiatus to focus on developing the world and history a bit more to make future chapters easier for me. Upper-Crossed and Meow Mix-Up will continue less sporadically as I deal with pain issues.
Take it easy, recoup for the holidays as you need it. Happy to hear about the DoW hiatus decision, that story seems like it deserves some extra time to cook compared to the other two considering the difference in scope. Would hate to see it rushed and regretted rather than see it well thought out.
Hope you feel better soon, hopefully this rough weather will start getting better soon as well. And take all the time you need, you know I love your stories but I'd hate sacrificing your well-being just to get chapters sooner. ❤️

I am cancer-free! They took like the top of my left big toe off. Super gross. I have pics if anyone wants to see them! I'll never have a toenail there again.
Working on writing more, but I'm having issues with sitting for long periods because my left foot swells up a bunch and the pain is kinda crazy. But it's healing and looking like I get to keep the toe! I'll be writing more in the near future as my shift at work is changing and I have some downtime between job tasks.

I was diagnosed with melanoma and I'm currently handling appointments for its removal. Hasn't really put me in a writing mood.
I'll try to update all three stories over the course of this week.

Slight delay on writing projects - I seriously overexerted myself this past weekend and I've been paying for it all week, haven't been able to write at all during my day job hours. If there's any specific requests for chapter priority, I'll try to focus on that when my body can handle it

Finally writing chap 15 of Daughter of Wisdom. It's been a long time, but it feels good to get back to it.
My health is a hot mess. Apparently it's *not* anemia, but potentially some sort of congenital heart issue that none of my doctors have picked up until now? More tests.
But I am feeling well enough to write again, so that's been my focus in my spare time. Thank you for sticking with me!
It's been a while, hasn't it? Sorry for my long absence. I'm seeing a doctor today to address medical concerns and hopefully put me on the path to recovery. I'm extremely anemic and having trouble doing anything at all. I'm rewriting chapter 14: Bathwater of STOASADOW to address some legitimate concerns from feedback. Chapter 2 of The Upper Crossed is a lower priority right now.

I'm going to try and speed up my chapter releases. Unfortunately, I have some chronic health issues (pain/fatigue/brain fog) that make my daily life a bit of a struggle. We just moved into a new apartment and things are settling down, so that should hopefully give me more time to write!
Always will understand the need to take things at one’s own pace, especially with the struggles you’re dealing with. Thank you for the wonderful story and I look forward to more when you can publish them
I'll be simultaneously posting my story to here and Wattpad - frankly, the community here is much nicer. But all new chapters will be posted on both sites, so there's no pressure to go anywhere else
