An observation, i think the MC's merchant admin skill is underused, it was said he gets a list of merchandises that is unique, refreshes and higher tier than other merchants, but aside from buying a detoxifying pill, it's forgotten.
He have almost 400 years worth of experience and made many kinds of pills. I don't think getting rid of one poison is that much of a big deal.
Specially if he already have an idea or similar case in the future.
@Vikass17, exactly! How is he supposed to explain knowing how to cure the poison when he just became a player today? The Merchant Class and system store are the only logical explanations for him having access to the knowledge and items needed for the cure.
There was no need to cure the grandmother on the same day. It should have been done a week or month later.
Even sending him back immediately was a little unnecessary.

Even if it's instinctive or just a calculated response complex bolean algebra or what ever it is still throwing scions at Victor to get a desired outcome and it should probably switch to moving them away from him if it doesn't want their fate shattered or stolen. If it wants it messed up more meat for the grinder so be it.
Except he hasn't been destroying/stealing the fates that the world likes... it only cares about demons and its own survival. in theory, it shouldn't care less who ends up a lord.

"Likes and cares". I think and one point there was a line about it seeking balance. The thing is the world assigns destinies, and it makes S-ranked Faye holders with birth destinies scions ti give them a world/fate cheat. So it's fair to say it "likes" a scions destinies. Victor has a habit of taking what he wants, girls artifacts sparks (this one is debatable) but more importantly if he wrecks destinies it makes it harder for the world to determine what comes next to get its desired outcome.
I'm not saying the world should never shoot scions at him. I'm just saying it may end up hungry hungry hippoing him destinies that it never wanted to so maybe it should proceed with caution.

Author, there is one thing you mentioned at ch 194 where Clint mentioned about Master Swartwood is one of the five elders of Dark Chamber. But in character sheet and novel they have members numbered 1st to 10th. Nothing about the elder council . Now we know very little about Dark Chamber so you can just edit them as subordinate council to the 10 members.

Could someone direct me to Theodore status. I have sped read through the first dozens of chapters and still couldn't find it.
Hey I wonder what Theodore's destiny list looked like. Would he have a SS destiny to be the most influential father.
I mean his children do seems to be very important figures with great destinies. Ex: Victor ( The greatest scammer of all time )

Ted was level 57 prior to the PL's dungeon, according to his internal dialog in chapter 272. He tells Victor in chapter 2 he has 6 authority and is a great warrior. But I lied and is actually supposed to be an Armored knight. I don't remember the chapter.

Victor nod as if he didn’t know that Theodore had an Authority of 6 at this point in time but was hiding it… He was not even a Great warrior, but an Armored Knight!
He would have probably gained levels and possibly authority in the PL dungeon. He attempted to awaken his bloodline prior to taking down Marcos, and was most likely successful.
I feel spoiled this week. Thanks for the chapters. I have an advice for you if you want to rewrite the chapters. Read the novel from start to finish many times to get to know the holes in the plot. I read it like 10 times and I feel there are no major plot holes. Some comments are helpful too. I’m not the only one who read it lot
I usually listen to the audio on rr when I’m in a good mood. That’s why I could read it a lot. There are some typos here and there. Other than that, I would say that you really did a great job with fixing the plot holes. Most of us (readers) read the author notes but we don’t reply so I wanted to do so this time just to tell you how much I appreciate the novel. Keep it up and thank in advance
