I've been writing since since third grade, where I tacked up a sign-up sheet on the wall of my elementary classroom for people to name different characters in a Sailor-Moon-Meets-Dinotopia author-insertion fanfiction. (That manuscript was burned. Literally.)
But I like to think I've come a long way since then, creating my own original characters to enjoy while still dabbling in some fanfics.
