What kind of crappy ahh review did you give to Hacking The Game Didnt go As Intended. You complain about the book being dark, but guess what, I guess you're blind to the tags clearly displayed? I can still understand a critique, but giving 1 stars blatantly disrespects the hard work the author puts into his novel. A review is supposed to be a comprehensive summary of a novel: writing quality; characters; plot; etc. To undermine his efforts and give a 1 start after reading 12 chapters is crazy
1 star. Nice try. lol. Why would any sane person read xmen fanfic if they don't know the basic info about them or how that world works? Its like reading one piece fanfic and asking the author how devil fruits or haki works. As for comics goes, my work is based on that so I will obviously stick to that world and OG content of power and technology of that world. That's what fanfic is lol. So, what the heck was that review about?
Thanks for the two-star review! Your feedback helped me realize my mistakes. The MC needs definition, and the friend-turned-killer-turned-love-interest felt forced. But clichés have their merits, right? I get that the submissive side of the MC might not be your thing (or mine). I aimed to push boundaries and demonstrate the novel's potential, but I could've approached it differently. Don't worry, there won't be more of that soon. Hope you'll give it another chance and continue reading.

Thank you for the review. Although i have to admit that there was no skill as it was my first novel ever. I substituted that with a ton of edits and revisions just to avoid plot holes as much as I could. Mostly because I didn't like obvious short cuts in other stories and tried to avoid them in mine as much as I could.
Your idea of no skill may be a bit different than everyone else’s lol. The effort you’ve put in absolutely shows. It’s solid story with no holes I could even try to poke let alone actual issues.
I also appreciate the lack of rough surprises and the general relationship stability of the main characters. Those are rare qualities in a story these days. 
The story has different priorities (and is geared toward older audiences). While I try to make relationships appear realistic, there are already plenty of other plot-diving conflicts that I need to juggle. At the same time, most characters are sufficiently mature and/or actively avoid such conflicts due to a cultural bias.

With the base idea of the story, setting, plot, the characters, their backstories and your writing quality, you should have been all set man. They’re all top notch. Then the MC steps in and is an immediate stick in the mud. He’s completely incomprehensible.
That and I tend to be an overly critical asshole with the star rating on this site to make up for all the people handing out free 5 stars and essentially invalidating the whole review system.
