I was so anxious.

I have saved lots of gems for tonight. The rate up for legendary heroes would come.

While I quit the game long ago, I returned. I just wanted to check what's new.

I retired when they made the PvE modes grindy, and it got rather troublesome to progress. If only I stayed for a while—it was a fun game.

I never got a legendary. I was so impulsive and just pulled whenever I want.

Today was different.

For the longest time, I was looking for tips to increase my luck. One of them was to save up gems and pull during the rate up.

If I could restart, I want to go back in time to when I first started and learn from my past.

Normally, you would want to be someone great; using future know-how to be successful.

I just wanna go back, so I could be better at gacha games.

Mom was asleep on the giant boob.

Well, she's back already. With her here, I no longer feel as lonely.

I turned the air conditioner and went to her front. A thick blanket covered my lower half.

Her arms circled my body.

As her huge melons pressed my back, my breath was out. It's comfier to hug my soft pillow.

It was warm under the blanket, and comfortably cold outside. When Big Sis pressed her chest further, it made pink feelings to well up.

"It'd be nice to get lucky for once."

"I don't think a lucky person needs to care. They either get it or not--what's the big deal? It's just a game."

I nodded.

"Sorry, Mirai-chan. I don't like the game's nature. I prefer single-player. If things go south, I can just cheat.."

Her words were true and sound.

"Big Sis...am I stupid for liking them?"

"Do you like the game or the gacha?"

"Of course, the game—it's really fun. Even without legendaries, I can go pretty far. The gacha is stupid; the rates are bullshit—but I returned 'cuz I miss the gameplay."

"Then it's fine. You are spending your money 'cuz you want to, right?"

It's because I play gacha games to test and improve my luck.

For what?

Simply 'cuz it's hard to get, despite the worth?

I kept asking myself. Are the most precious things, must be the hardest to get?

It's really stupid.

Even so, I want to experience such luck.

The reset time's right after dinner.

Eating Mom's cooking gave a nostalgic feeling, unlike when we cook for each other.

I couldn't wait until reset, so I rushed my meal and went to Big Sis' room. She's watching a funny anime.

A 'plop, plop' noise followed behind, it was Mystia.

"Go start your own account."

Mystia sat atop my head and whistled a tune. Which reminds me--I can't whistle.

Mystia's voice rang above.

I guess it's fine to give her a chance.

"Here."

She tapped the phone screen with her tentacles.

There was a flash of red.

Fuck me.

Ah, it's a new legend. It wasn't there the last time Mystia tried pulling.

Despite her luck, the streak of legends stopped there. She did draw a good amount of five-star heroes.

I gave her a cuddle; she's really a lucky star. As her smile beamed, my salty heart abate.

Maybe that's how you play gacha games. Just have a friend with insane luck, and let them pull for you.

While I didn't get to draw at all, it's fine.
