Ah yes, the time for my final seclusion has come, and I will now begin writing my final scriptures...
As sure as the heavens and earth are without end... this old ancestor is reaching his own.
Soon, I will be resting peacefully within the earth beneath my seclusion chamber, becoming one with the unending Dao...
Finally, the time has come for this old ancestor to try his hand at the prologue writing cultivation technique.
............
You see, I'm not so young as I used to be when I was a child.
In those days, Our sect flourished under the radiant light of the Dao. Not a single junior could be seen under Nascent Soul Stage. Not a single green hat was worn among all our descendants, and every Daoist had five jadeskin dual cultivation partners. They even went into seclusive dual cultivation with them for weeks on end.
Ah yes, what a bountiful time it was...
Yet, while the heavens and the earth stay the same, the times do not. Everything is not what it used to be...
As sure as the heavens and earth are without end, all other things fall apart.
Now, these old bones don't cultivate the way they used to.
This hollow shell hasn't been able to dual cultivate for eons.
............
Now, I've gone into seclusion to inscribe these final scriptures for the younger generation...
Maybe somewhere into the Dao, it will aid in their cultivation.
Some juniors might call them too "short." Others might call them "shitposts."
Heck, some juniors even think they're a "collection of xianxia satire shorts."
But the true Daoist knows that an ancestor's scriptures are neither too short, nor too shitposts. Rather, they are just the way they need to be.
I bow to your wisdom, honored ancestor
Junior is truly able to see Mt. Tai!!!
I feel so enlightened, venerable one.
This ancestor is grateful.
El Don is truly a Crouching Tiger, discerning of bountiful wisdom.
The section of this chapter after the ,.......,............. Makes for a more informative novel summary blurb.
This dao is profound. Perhaps this ancestor will meditate upon it.
bored with your wisdom. much ado about nothing
Ah, I see.
This ancestor was going to ask junior what Mt. Tai looks like...
But it seems he shouldn't bother.
@RitchieCharlesFiction
Dude its the prologue. yet there is not substance in it. You would be better off skipping straight to the main story.
Most story dont need a prologue and this fall into the same camp.
I also check the the other chapter is too short to be satisfying.
@morethanfalse
Hmph! Junior you dare speak me like this? You still smell of your mother's milk!
We shall settle this at the sect's annual tournament...
Junior, be warned. This ancestor was once a great dragon of his generation!
I'm not so sure Junior of foundation establishment will be able to beat this ancestor far past Nascent Soul!
@RitchieCharlesFiction
should have known talking to you is a waste of time.
you guys would do anything to protect your ego. will rationalize anything to explain away any fault in your writing.
it my luck to met a troll that thinks he's funny
@morethanfalse
Ah, yes. It seems junior has failed to see the satire calligraphy tag of my scriptures...
Perhaps he ought to meditate upon it.
