“Well, it seems we’ve gotten ourselves settled here in our room now. Our belongings are in order, and we’ve decided who’ll be using which bed. So, Asmodeus, Yuki, let me take this opportunity to say that I look forward to sharing a space with the two of you these next few days.” Simeon gave one of his gentle smiles, and I was having a hard time looking at him directly.

I don’t know how I will survive in a room with such attractive people… I don’t snore or anything like that, but what if I do now? Or what if I drool while I am sleeping? Or what if I sleep talk?! This is too much stress for my heart….

“Yes, me too. And I have to say, Yuki, Simeon, you two certainly lucked out, now didn’t you?! Considering you get to share a room with me.” Asmodeus gave us a wink and it really tempted me to just roll my eyes. It's rather annoying that he knows how attractive he is…

“Ah, yes. I suppose you could say we’re lucky to have you on the team.” Simeon didn’t really react to what Asmodeus said. I wish I could be like that, but I have such a weakness towards attractive people…

“Hehe. Now, now, there’s no need to hide how thrilled you really are right now. Stop and think about it for a moment. You’ll be sharing a room with me𑁋with Asmodeus himself. Which means you’ll be there to see me when I first wake up in the morning, after I’ve stepped out of the shower, when I get sleepy and doze off, when I’m changing clothes… For three days and two nights, you actually get to witness the most private sides of me. Now, if that’s not what you call amazing luck, I don’t know what is!” Asmodeus sat on the bed he would sleep on and gave a charming smile.

I really hated myself for imagining all those scenes that he talked about and how it would be such a lucky thing to witness… There were two sides of me fighting at the moment. One side of me was happy to be in a room with such an attractive male, but the other side felt the powerful urge to ignore how attractive he was because of his personality.

“Hahaha. I have to say, you really are funny, aren’t you Asmodeus?” Simeon laughed at what Asmodeus just said and I really wish I knew his trick to remain so natural around attractive people… I really need that at the moment.

“Funny? I believe you mean beautiful...❤ It’s okay, you can just come out and say it, you know? What sort of image did you have of me in the first place, Simeon?” Asmodeus got a cute curious expression on his face and I had to bite the inside of my cheek hard so I wouldn’t let out a sound.

“…Hmm, let me think. Well, I suppose I still think of you the same way I did back when you were up in the Celestial Realm. Lucifer, the pride of the Celestial Realm, loved by all of creation… There was one angel he thought was especially beautiful, one whom he praised and kept at his side. ‘Twas Asmodeus, jewel of the heavens.” Simeon had a hand under his chin as he told Asmodeus this, with a smile on his face.

“Yes… yes, exactly. That’s me!” Asmodeus looked super pleased when he heard Simeon mention this. I don’t know how I would feel if everyone thought that way of me. It would probably stress me out, making sure I am perfect all the time.

“A traveling minstrel wrote that about you once, and it turned out to be an image that stuck. I suppose I see you as someone who’s very attached to that reputation, and works day in and day out trying to live up to it.” I couldn’t help but choke on air when I heard Simeon mention that. That is such a… backhanded compliment, but I can’t tell if he did it on purpose with that beautiful smile of his.

“… Huh? So, you’re saying that your image of me is someone who wants to be loved?” Asmodeus seemed as shocked as me once he processed what Simeon had just told him with such a polite smile?

“Yes, I suppose that would be accurate.” Simeon didn’t back down from what he told Asmodeus and I was curious if all angels were like this. Honest to the point, it seems a bit much.

“Mmm… I don’t feel like that’s a wonderful description of me, personally. I mean, naturally, I think no one in the three worlds is more deserving of love than I am. But that’s just common sense, now isn’t it? I mean, is there anyone out there who DOESN’T love me?” Asmodeus pouted as he crossed his arms across his body.

“Hmm, I wonder. If you were ever to come across a soul that you couldn’t charm-that you couldn’t control- how would you react? Hm… It’s an interesting question. Wouldn’t you agree, Yuki?” I couldn’t help but get nervous once Simeon spoke to me. I would have to give my input now and that was too much pressure on me.

“Yuki, what do you have to say about this? You think there’s actually someone out there who does not love me?” I was doing my best not to blush when Asmodeus look directly at me with his stupid beautiful eyes and face.

“I don’t know…” I really didn’t have an answer for him. I couldn’t figure out what people were into. Maybe there is a person who doesn't like him, but I wouldn't know. This is too much for me!

“… You don’t know? Are you just not very smart, is that it? Or perhaps it’s an issue with your eyesight?” I force myself not to hit Asmodeus on the head once he said that. He was the one who asked me such a hard question! Did he want me to make something up?! He is so annoying and so attractive. Stupid, attractive demon with such an enormous ego.

“Hey, the tour of the Demon Lord’s Castle is starting soon.” When Satan came into the room, I was very pleased. I needed a reason to leave. I really don’t know how I will handle being in a room with someone like Asmodeus.

“Well, I suppose we should get going then.” Simeon didn’t seem to notice how heavy the air was at the moment as he headed out of the room after Satan.

We headed back to the entrance of the castle and I noticed Luke was looking rather tired already. I had a feeling Beel and Levi were a bit much already…

“… I want to go home.” Luke let out a heavy sigh as soon as Simeon was close to him. I wanted to rub his cheeks to help him feel better, but I had a feeling he would get embarrassed by that.

“What’s wrong, Luke? You seemed to be in such high spirits earlier.” Simeon had a frown on his face as he checked in with the tired-looking Luke.

“Yeah. Suddenly that cute little tail of yours is hanging down like a sad doggy, you know?” I could help but notice dog ears and a tail appear on Luke when Asmodeus mentions that. He really looks like a sad dog at the moment…

“I’m NOT a dog! And I DON’T have a tail!” Luke's cheeks puffs up as he glared at Asmodeus before letting out another sigh again. “You’re so lucky, Simeon… Unlike me, you have relatively decent roommates. My room is AWFUL! First off, Leviathan is taking up almost half of the room to perform a strange ritual of worshipping some sort of idol!”

“Well, tomorrow is the birthday festival for one of my favorite characters. When the clock strikes midnight, I’ve got to go online and start streaming. To share my deep passion, and joy, and infatuation-” Levi didn’t seem at all guilty about the trouble he caused Luke at all.

“Ugh, at least speak in a language I can understand!” Luke put a hand to his head as he let out another heavy sigh. “As for Beelzebub, HE suddenly started eating one painting in our room…”

“That picture of the fruit was too lifelike. I thought it was real.” Beel was drooling as he rubbed his stomach. I really get worried about some of the stuff he eats, but I guess it doesn’t affect him too much because he is a demon?

“Right, but shouldn’t you have realized it was a painting BEFORE eating the entire thing?!” Luke stomped his feet on the ground as he got even more annoyed with Beel.

“Hey now, Levi, Beel. You shouldn’t tease the doggy too much, got it?” Mammon patted Luke on their head with a teasing smile on his face. Luke slapped Mammon's hand with a scowl on their face. “I’m NOT a doggy!”

“What’s going on? Suddenly, you seem to be in a great mood, Mammon. Did you spot something in your room that you might sell for a profit?” Once Asmodeus said that, Mammon's face grew pale and avoided making eye contact with everyone. I rubbed between my eyes once I realize the trouble Mammon was going to cause.

“Wh…?! N-N-No, I’m not plannin’ to do anything like that! I mean, I’m totally not thinkin’ about maybe stealin’ something outta the castle if I get the chance! And it’s not like Solomon and Satan and me realized we’ve got shared interests and common goals because Solomon wants some magical items that belong to the Demon King and Satan just wants to give Lucifer a black eye and that suddenly things got more interestin’ when we realized we could work together. It’s not like that at all, understand?!” Mammon is not good at lying, is what I am noticing. He is a demon but a horrible liar… Not something you would expect from a demon of greed.

“Solomon, shut that idiot up right now.” Satan shook his head once he heard Mammon give away their entire plan. Solomon wasn’t looking pleased with Mammon either at the moment. “Don’t look at me. Isn’t he your responsibility? You are technically brothers, after all.”
