“… Yuki… Yuki… Yuki.” I could feel someone shaking me as I regained consciousness. Solomon was leaning over me with a worried expression that disappeared when he noticed I was awake. “Ah, good. You’re awake…”

“Ugh… What happened to Asmodeus? I thought he was with us when we got pulled into the painting.” I still was pissed at the fact he dragged me along into the painting of his ex. He couldn’t leave me out of it?

“Asmodeus?… Well, I grabbed onto his arm as I was being dragged inside the painting, so he should have gotten sucked in, too. But it looks like you and I are the only ones who ended up in this spot.” Solomon told me this as he helped me to my feet.

“Two humans alone together in an unfamiliar area of the Devildom… this isn’t safe. I’d better go ahead and call Asmodeus over.” Solomon casually said that, but I was curious how he could just call Asmodeus to where we were if we did not know our current location.

“How?” I was really curious about how he could do that. He could use magic, so I was wondering what type of spell he would use.

“By summoning him. If you have a pact with a demon, you can call them to your side whenever you want. Though I’m guessing it would be a hard task for you, since you have almost no magical power. Here, watch.” Solomon had a smile on his face as he told me that, but I couldn’t help but feel a bit offended. Most normal humans can’t use magic…

“… Hear me, denizens of the darkness, you who are born of shadow and you who give birth to it. Hear me and do as I command! I, Solomon, call upon you to send forth one of your number! I summon the Avatar of Lust, Asmodeus…!” Solomon had a bright magic circle appear under his feet and the surrounding air was moving faster.

“D’AAAH! Ow… that hurt…” Asmodeus appeared suddenly and fell to the ground, hard. I couldn’t help but smirk a little at that. I wish he could have fallen on his stupidly attractive face and broke his cute nose.

“… Solomon, how many times have I told you to be more gentle when summoning me? What if I had injured my face, hm? What then?” Asmodeus was whining as he got back on his feet.

“Stop complaining, Asmo. This is your fault… Anyway, where are we?” Solomon paid no attention to Asmodeus whining as he focus on figuring out where we were at the moment.

“Don’t ask me! From the looks of it, I’m guessing we’re in that underground labyrinth, or whatever that’s supposed to be beneath the Demon Lord’s Castle—the one Satan and Mammon mentioned.” Asmodeus told us this, and I felt better we weren’t somewhere completely far. I mean, we were beneath the castle, but I am pretty sure there is a way to go back on top of it.

“What happened to the others?” Solomon asked Asmodeus about this, probably assuming he was with them before he got summoned here.

“How should I know? But I’ll tell you this much: We’d better find Beel before he gets REALLY hungry. We have to get him out of here, or we’ll have a real problem on our hands. If he gets too hungry, he’ll lose control and go on a rampage. He could end up destroying the entire castle, and then Lucifer would be SUPER mad!” After hearing Asmodeus mention that, I couldn’t help but get nervous that Beel would try to eat one of his brothers if he were with one of them.

“Hmm, I have to say, I’d enjoy watching Lucifer tear into you brothers for doing something like that. But yeah, I’ve got no interest in being involved myself. I guess we should start by finding Mammon and Leviathan, since they were sucked in as well.” I agreed with Solomon's plan, since they would be the easiest to find due to how loud they get.

“…Solomoooon, how far does this labyrinth go? Are you even sure we’re going the right way?” Asmodeus complained after a few minutes of walking in one direction.

“Quiet, Asmo. You’re the reason we’re in this mess to begin with.” Solomon didn’t bother to hide his annoyance with Asmodeus at the moment. I really would have enjoyed finishing the tour of the castle instead of being in a labyrinth…

“Meee? It’s not like I did anything wrong. Yuki, you agree with me, don’t you?” Asmodeus look at me with a cute expression and I had to force myself to remember that I was annoyed with him at the moment.

“You should apologize to Helene.” I crossed my arms as I told him this. He really fucked up her life, and he didn’t even seem sorry about that.

“Apologize? Me? I’m sorry, but I’m not quite sure why you’d want me to do that. I mean, true, I suppose an entire country was destroyed in the end, but how could I have known that would happen, hm? It’s not like I manipulated Helene, after all. I simply gave her an opportunity to have what she wanted—to unleash her inner desire. You see, everyone desires something. Everyone has lust in their heart. No matter how noble and saintly they may be, they’re always keeping some locked up in there. As hard as they may try to control it, deep inside, they wish they could do what they want and have what they want. They’re constantly fighting the urge to stop suppressing it, to set desire free… And it’s the same with you as well, isn’t it, Yuki?” Asmodeus got close to me and put a finger under my chin.

I was trying hard not to completely swoon under his flirting and keeping my heart beating at a normal rate. My brain is fighting an intense battle at the moment and I am worried about who will win.

“I wonder… who is it you desire? What sort of secret, shameful thoughts are hidden inside that heart of yours? Why not let me help you reach inside and unleash it?” Asmodeus's face was too close and my thoughts weren’t working. I can’t even remember what was happening. He has such pretty eyes…

“… Hey!” Solomon's voice snapped me out of the daze I was in, and I broke eye contact with Asmodeus. I was really hoping my face wasn’t blushing at the moment.

“Quiet, Solomon. We’re having a moment here.” Asmodeus was frowning as he told Solomon this, but I was still trying to calm down from how crazy my heart was beating at the moment. Can demons hear heartbeats?

“Are you sure now’s the time for that?” Solomon sounded tired as he asked this, but Asmodeus didn’t seem to care about that. “Yes, things are just starting to get good…”

“Okay, but you should probably know that Mammon, Leviathan, and Beelzebub are being chased by a giant snake right now.” Solomon pointed in a direction and both Asmodeus and I turned to look at what he was talking about. “… Come again?”

I could see Mammon and Levi running away from a really enormous snake, like a snake shouldn’t be that big. Also, Beel was just being dragged by both Mammon and Levi since he just looked dead on his feet.

‘This seriously is happening because Asmo couldn’t feel sorry for destroying his ex life…’ I feel like I am aging rather quickly the more I am around these demon brothers…

This chapter is done and finished. Just one more chapter of this lesson before we move onto the next one. I will probably get it done by tomorrow, if I remember. Anyway, that everything I have to say. Well, I do hope that you enjoyed this chapter and that you are safe and healthy. Bye-bye for now and I hope to see you again (*●⁰ꈊ⁰●)ノ~☆ (Also if you want to show some support just hit me up on Ko-Fi and buy me some coffee)
