The first rays of dawn broke over the Moonlit Peaks, painting the landscape in hues of orange and gold. Li Feng stood at the edge of the ruins of the Hua Clan estate, his gaze fixed on the distant mountains. The events of the previous night lingered in his mind—Mei Ling's cryptic words, the prophecy, and the warning from the mysterious stranger. There was no turning back now. His sister's fate, the prophecy, and the power of the blossoms were all connected, and the path ahead would be fraught with danger.

Li Feng had spent much of his life wandering the land in search of justice for his family, but now his purpose had become clearer than ever. He was no longer just seeking revenge—he was uncovering a mystery that could change the balance of power in the martial world. He would need allies, trusted companions who could help him on this treacherous journey.

As the sun climbed higher, Li Feng made his way to a nearby village at the foot of the Moonlit Peaks. The village was a small, bustling place, with traders and farmers going about their daily business. The people of the village paid little attention to Li Feng as he entered, his weathered cloak and sword marking him as just another wandering warrior. But he had not come here for rest—he had come to recruit those who would join him on the perilous journey ahead.

Zhang Wei: The Fierce Warrior

Li Feng’s first destination was the training grounds near the village. There, warriors and mercenaries honed their skills under the watchful eyes of experienced instructors. Among them was Zhang Wei, a fierce and respected warrior known for his unmatched strength and combat prowess.

Zhang Wei was a man of few words but many scars, each one a testament to the battles he had fought and survived. Li Feng approached him as the warrior practiced with his massive broadsword, slicing through wooden training dummies with a single powerful stroke. The air around him seemed to vibrate with the force of his swings.

“Zhang Wei,” Li Feng called out as he neared. “I’ve heard stories of your strength and skill. I need someone like you for a journey that will test even the greatest of warriors.”

Zhang Wei stopped mid-swing and turned to face Li Feng, his eyes narrowing with curiosity. “Who are you, and what makes you think I’d join you on such a journey?”

“I am Li Feng of the Hua Clan,” he said, meeting Zhang Wei’s gaze with unwavering resolve. “I seek to uncover the secrets of the Moonlit Peaks, and I need strong allies. There are forces at work that threaten not just me, but the entire martial world. You will be well rewarded for your service.”

Zhang Wei wiped the sweat from his brow and sheathed his broadsword. “The Hua Clan… I remember hearing about their fall years ago. If you’re looking to reclaim your honor, you’ll need more than just strength. But I’ll join you, if only to see what challenges this journey holds.”

Li Feng nodded in gratitude. Zhang Wei’s strength would be invaluable, but he knew that brute force alone would not be enough to face the dangers ahead. He needed someone with the knowledge of healing arts to keep them alive through the trials that awaited them in the peaks.

Lin Xia: The Talented Healer

The village healer, Lin Xia, was known for her deep understanding of both traditional medicine and the mystical healing arts. Her small clinic was always bustling with villagers seeking remedies for ailments and injuries. Li Feng had heard of her skills during his travels and knew that her expertise would be essential.

He entered the clinic and found Lin Xia grinding herbs with precision, her long, graceful fingers moving deftly over the mortar and pestle. She looked up as he approached, her sharp eyes immediately assessing him with a mix of curiosity and caution.

“You must be Li Feng,” she said, not waiting for an introduction. “The wandering swordsman whose family was destroyed. What brings you to my clinic?”

Li Feng appreciated her directness. “I’ve come to ask for your help. The journey I’m about to take will be filled with dangers, and I need someone with your skills to keep my allies and me alive.”

Lin Xia raised an eyebrow. “You think I’m just going to leave my patients and join you on some suicidal quest?”

Li Feng’s expression remained serious. “I’m not asking you to abandon your duty. But the stakes are higher than you realize. The Moonlit Peaks hold ancient secrets, and there are forces moving in the shadows—forces that threaten more than just me. If you join us, you’ll be helping to protect the very people you care for.”

Lin Xia considered his words, her hands pausing over her work. “The Moonlit Peaks… there have been rumors of dark happenings there, of strange illnesses and powers. I’ve heard enough to know that what you’re saying isn’t just some wandering warrior’s tale. If what you say is true, then this journey is about more than just healing a few wounds.”

She set down her tools and gave him a small nod. “Very well, Li Feng. I will join you. But know this: I won’t be just a healer. I have my own reasons for seeking the truth behind those peaks.”

Li Feng respected her resolve. He now had two capable allies, but there was one more he needed—someone who could outthink any foe and navigate the treacherous politics of the martial world.

Wang Yue: The Cunning Strategist

Wang Yue was a man of intellect, known for his cunning strategies and sharp wit. He had once served as a military strategist for a powerful warlord but had left that life behind after witnessing the corruption that plagued those in power. Now, he lived a quiet life in the village, but his mind remained sharp as ever.

Li Feng found Wang Yue sitting in a tea house, sipping his tea as he observed the bustling marketplace outside. He seemed to notice everything without looking directly at anything, his mind always working several steps ahead of those around him.

“Wang Yue,” Li Feng said as he sat down across from him. “I’ve come to ask for your help.”

Wang Yue smiled faintly, his eyes twinkling with amusement. “Li Feng, the avenger of the Hua Clan. I’ve heard whispers of your quest. You seek the Blossoms of the Moonlit Peaks, don’t you? And you believe I would be of some use to you?”

Li Feng didn’t waste time with pleasantries. “You are one of the most brilliant strategists in the land. I need someone who can outthink my enemies and help me navigate the dangers ahead. This journey is more than just a personal vendetta—it is a battle for the future of the martial world.”

Wang Yue took another sip of tea and studied Li Feng for a long moment. “The Moonlit Peaks are no ordinary place, and the forces that guard its secrets are formidable. But I find your cause… intriguing. Besides, it has been far too long since I’ve had a challenge worthy of my talents.”

He set down his cup and smiled. “Very well, Li Feng. I will join you. But remember this: every victory begins in the mind, not on the battlefield.”

---

With his team assembled—Zhang Wei, the fierce warrior; Lin Xia, the talented healer; and Wang Yue, the cunning strategist—Li Feng knew the time had come to embark on the journey into the Moonlit Peaks. The stakes were higher than any of them could imagine, and their resolve would be tested at every turn.

As they prepared to leave the village, Li Feng felt a sense of determination settle over him. The Moonlit Peaks awaited, their secrets hidden beneath layers of mystery and danger. But with his allies by his side, he was ready to face whatever lay ahead.
