Andy woke up at once, discomfort deep within his heart. He hated this feeling, a feeling that he had never experienced before, and yet it felt like he had. He hated how he couldn't understand anything, how he didn't know what was going on within that dream.

But, was there something he should remember?

Voices within his head, a feeling in his heart that he couldn't understand, and now a dream that he couldn't decipher.

Andy lifted his head off of Daniel's shoulder. He wasn't going to get distracted yet. He...should focus on the present now, and not worry about whatever is happening to him.

Daniel turned to Andy at once. "Awake?" His voice was very gentle, soft and caring. His eyes shone with adoration, a gentle smile upon his lips as he looked at Andy.

The image felt very familiar, like Andy had experienced it one too many times before.

"Yes, did anything important happen?" Andy shook away his thoughts, slowly sitting up straight, as he turned to look at Daniel. A soft glare within his eyes, a gentle one nonetheless.

"No, nothing important. Although, Louis did run away with Sam. Said that he was going to kidnap his husband first, otherwise, they were going to be stuck hosting a party to no end. Granted, at the time they left, it was already quite late, so no one cared much." Daniel looked endlessly into Andy's eyes, his hands grasping gently onto Andy's. The love within his eyes seemed to burn with a feeling that couldn't be chase away. Just like Xu Yongheng, the person whose heart Andy had to steal in his first world.

"What time is it?" Andy really wanted to question just how long he had slept for. He swore it hadn't feel long at all, yet, the place seemed to have emptied out.

"6 at night, the sun is beginning to set now. Don't worry about the fact that you had fallen asleep, it wasn't that long. You need to catch up on your rest, especially after having not slept much the past few nights." Daniel could see the expression on Andy's face, no matter how small it was. His shoulder felt a little numb, but that was all. Most of all, he was glad that Andy was finally getting some sleep after so long.

Andy was definitely able to see the thought process of Daniel's as it wasn't hard to figure him out. Gosh, Daniel really was a sweetie. Handsome, kind yet also stern, rich and even powerful, he was a great catch for anyone.

Not that Andy was saying that because he fell in love with Daniel but, someone like Daniel, Avian must've been a fool to have given him up. Then again, maybe they just weren't fated to be, after all, their personalities did differ greatly.

Daniel was kind, gentle, and very caring, but he also had his own rules. Hurt those he loved, and he would stop at no end to get rid of you. He also was very protective about the people close to him, just like Louis was. Not to mention, Daniel knew how to use his power efficiently. He knew when he needed to use it and when he didn't have to. Daniel neither acted arrogant or ignorant, and was very attentive to the small details about everything.

Whilst, Avian followed his heart, even if the decisions were often times, not exactly the best. Basically, he followed his heart even on very stupid matters, and was also too quick to move instead of actually planning first. In other words, he was downright foolish and idiotic. It was imbedded to him thus, he doesn't think twice when he makes a move. This was what led to his downfall.

But, not that Andy cared. This way, he could move on faster to the next world.

"Should we leave now?" Daniel stood up, patting his suit as he stretched a hand towards Andy, using gestures to tell him to grab on.

Andy looked at Daniel for a short second before revealing a light smile as he reached for Daniel's outstretched hand and held onto it.

Daniel smiled back, his eyes remaining clear without any worries. His figure was illuminated by the light, and his features were clearly displayed. Like an otherworldly being, his whole body seemed to glow.

A familiar image, a familiar feeling, yet nothing could be said about it other than the fact that Daniel was truly a person hard to find in this world.

Ba-thump.

For just a short second, Andy felt his heart skip a beat as he looked at Daniel. His eyes were clear and lost, confused as to what was happening. His heart felt warm, with feelings he had never experienced before in his life.

Then, inwardly at himself, he laughed. He didn't know how to love, didn't know what it meant or how it felt like. How could his heart skip a beat for someone who he didn't even love?

He must still be confused because of his dream. Someone like him, loving was impossible.

But, Daniel was a great person. He reminded Andy greatly about Xu Yongheng, and the final sentence he had said to him.

"Even if the peach blossoms never bloom again, how can I ever forget you?"

Grasping onto Daniel's hand, he smiled. He, himself, didn't even know if the smile was meant for him or for Daniel, but, the smile lit up Daniel's heart.

"Let's go home, Andy. Tomorrow will be a busy day. Rest well, I have a lot planned for tomorrow." Daniel helped Andy up, his hand gently stroking Andy's face, his eyes glimmering with deep affections.

"I'll be waiting then." Andy couldn't help but also look at Daniel. He was truly waiting.

Daniel's heart thumped with an unknown thought running in his head, and his eyes got even deeper.

[Male lead's love percentage has hit 100%, congratulations, Host.]

The next day, Andy had woken up earlier than Daniel.

(Fei Shang, the plan is completed, right?)

[Yes, Host, everything is fine. There's no need to worry.]

(Alright then, thanks for your cooperation.)

Daniel shifted on the bed, turning to face Andy as he looped his hand around Andy's waist.

Andy merely smiled, his hand lifting to play with Daniel's silky hair.

He felt bad for this man. Daniel truly loved him, whether it be the original soul or the current him. But, he didn't love Daniel. Now that it was time for him to leave, he wondered how this man was going to live the rest of his life.

He could only hope that Daniel didn't linger within his sadness for too long. After all, this man deserved his own happy ending.

Andy truly wished for Daniel to meet someone who could love him in return, not Andy, who couldn't return the feelings Daniel had.

 Sam fidgeted with nervousness.

"Calm down, sweetie. You look even more nervous than you did yesterday and that day was your wedding." Louis couldn't help but call out to his husband, who was currently walking around in circles over and over again.

Sam stopped, looking at Louis with pure anxiousness. "But today is so special, not just because we are helping but because I truly do not want to ruin anything. After all, we will be helping the person who helped us get together."

Louis laughed, his eyes filled with adoration as he flicked Sam's forehead. "He doesn't even know. Plus, we aren't suppose to tell him anything. Don't you remember? He specifically told us that we can't tell anyone what we're going to do."

"Gosh! What if I mess up something? What if I suddenly trip and bump into the lights and then cause a short circuit and then the building blacks out and the city's lights turn off or something?" Sam began rambling as his hand went up to cover his forehead, the spot where Louis had flicked.

"Sweetie, take a deep breath. I'm sure that nothing is going to happen. How can something bad happen on his most important day? Don't worry everything would be fine."

Maybe Louis didn't even know how his words would really turn out to be. Because, if there was one thing that he had never thought of, it was losing a friend who should've stayed with them for a lifetime. It was losing someone who deserved to experience a once in a lifetime happiness, yet everything was taken away from so many people on that day. And most of all, it affected the two people most on the day that should've been the happiest day of their life.

Daniel hands were covering Andy's eyes, a soft smile on his lips as he led him into a beautiful decorated building. White streamers, roses of all color were laid out on the ground as they walked their way to the front.

Andy could only walk forward with Daniel as his guide leading him throughout. Attached to his lips, a very light smile rested upon it. Although his eyes were covered, he looked unfazed as Daniel continued walking forward.

"Sam! Louis!" Daniel's voice rung within the silence. A flutter of echoing footsteps were heard in the quiet building.

A string of loud clatters were heard, the sound of papers rustled in the silence. Andy stood still, unable to see anything, merely listening in with his ears, as Daniel's hands covered his eyes tightly.

"Ready!" Louis' voice couldn't be hidden even if he tried to.

Daniel smiled, and he slowly uncovered Andy's eyes.

Andy's eyes slowly refocused, his eyes immediately went to the large screen put out in front of him.

There were many pictures. Most of which Daniel had took on each of their dates. From going out to dinner, to amusement parks, to museums, festivals, Daniel had took a picture of everything they had done together.

Andy's eyes seemingly watered as he looked at the pictures passing by. Each of them were but a tiny piece of memory that could easily be erased, but Daniel had wanted it to stay.

With each passing picture, Andy only grew more emotional within his heart. In the picture, both him and Daniel were always in the same pose, but there was a difference. In each picture, the light within Andy's eyes only got brighter, and a smile slowly resurfaced. Stopping himself from bursting into tears, Andy turned to look at Daniel.

"What...what is this?" Andy's voice cracked, his eyes blurry as he looked at Daniel.

"A confession, a proposal." As he said so, Daniel backed away from Andy, pulling out a small box as he slowly opened it.

In the box, two beautiful rings laid within it. The rings were a matching silver gold, lines with small specks of engraved flowers. On the ring, a word was written. 'Everlasting'. By it, two letters were craved, DA. Daniel, and Andy.

Daniel knelt down on one of his knees, holding the box in front of him. Looking into Andy's eyes, he said, "Andy Jules, would you give me the honor of being the person to stand by your side throughout your whole life?" Then, as if feeling like his words weren't enough, he added, "Would you marry me, Andy Jules?"

Andy looked at Daniel and looked at the ring, as if confused about what was happening. He didn't believe it, shock was evident within his eyes.

"Say yes!" Once again, Louis intruded upon the lovey moment between the two.

Andy was able to hear Louis' voice loud and clear, and unable to stop his smile, he replied, "Yes, yes, I will."

Daniel smiled, grabbed onto Andy's hands and softly slid the ring onto his fingers. Then, Andy took the box and slid on Daniel's ring for him.

Within one second, Daniel pulled Andy into his arm, gently enveloping him in a kiss as Sam and Louis clapped for them.

"Andy Jules, from now on, I will never let you go." Daniel's voice was absolute, sure of his words. Most of all, his heart was sincere with his words.

Andy merely smiled as he said, "Alright then, I will wait for you to carry out your words."

The two of them stood under the light, encasing them within a warmth that could bring about the melting of even the coldest ice. Like the warmest rays of sun melting away the snow, their happiness was unable to be said, for words couldn't describe their unspeakable love.

The moment was beautiful, simply too beautiful, and too happy. That was impossible for them, it will always be impossible for the both of them.

Like the loudest sound piercing through the silence, the echoing of a thousand words left unsaid, the cry of a gun rung within the building.

Daniel's eyes widened, shock and most of all, fear rose within his heart. In slow motion, Andy crouched over, his body falling onto the ground.

He didn't want to believe it, he felt as if his eyes were lying to him. Yet, he knew that it was real. It was too real for him to ignore everything.

"Andy!" Daniel screamed out as he rushed towards Andy, a blossoming scarlet on the place of his heart. Daniel held Andy within his arm, his face frozen, unable to understand why this had to happen. They were so close, they hadn't even gotten married. Why? Why did this happen now, why did it have to happen to Andy and not himself?

Louis and Sam looked at the scene with disbelief. But, before Sam was even able to say a word, Louis ran for the culprit. Sam immediately collapsed on the ground, unable to take in what had just happened. Within his clear eyes, a sadness indescribable appeared.

"Andy! Andy! Wake up! Stay awake! You said that you would marry me. I haven't even had enough time to love you yet, you can't just leave me now. Not yet, please, I beg you. We need to spend a lifetime together, I need to make up for my mistake of forgetting you all these years. I, please...you can't leave me now." Daniel's smile was now wiped away. His eyes were dyed red, madness within them, desperation clearly displayed.

Andy's eyes struggled to stay open, yet, the wretched image of Daniel brought a discomfort upon him. "I," He wasn't able to say anything as he coughed, his breath weak, his heart barely able to hold on for much longer.

"Shh, it's okay, you'll definitely be alright, Andy. You will always be alright, please, you'll definitely survive this ordeal. Then, we will get married. Andy, I had everything planned. Since you already agreed, we just needed to plan a date. I had everything ready. The wedding was to be held in your secret hideout, the first place that we met. I had everything ready, even the invitations only needed to be sent. I wanted everything to remain, so you have to stay with me." Daniel's voice was of plain heartbreak, an overwhelming sadness that couldn't be hidden even as he tried to smile while saying those words to Andy.

Andy struggled to keep a smile, his eyes slowly dimming. As he took in a harsh breath he said, "I'm sorry, Daniel."

Daniel wouldn't let him say those words, there was no reason for him to say those words. "For what? You have nothing to apologize for, so, just stay with me. Stay with me and let me make up for my mistakes."

The smallest of tears could be seen at the corner of his eyes, and Andy smiled whilst saying, "Daniel, I love you." Andy lifted his arm with difficulty, gently caressing Daniel's cheek within his hand.

"No, please, Andy, don't go. I...how will I be able to live if you aren't here with me? I'm sorry for not finding you sooner, for letting your suffer without anyone by your side. If...if I wasn't so foolish, then, who knows how everything would've gone? I," Daniel broke down, a hot streak of tear flowing from his eyes as he stumbled over his words. "Please, please stay with me. Let's be together until the day we grow old, hand in hand, let's walk together as we make a home for us."

Andy could only smiled as he looked at Daniel, the man who was once his everything. "I will never blame you. I never did, and I never will, so...make sure you live a good life. Also, please be happy, you deserve this." As he said so, with the little strength he could muster, Andy's hand covered Daniel's heart, as if he was trying to heal it.

"Daniel, on that day, back in the past, I had already loved you since then." Then, taking one more deep look at Daniel's grievance-filled eyes, his own eyes began closing.

A beautiful image, of eternal sorrow, a wound that can never be heal. His body laid ever so quietly, his eyes closed, his heartbeat stopping. He was of the light that can never be with the darkness, the sun that can never meet the moon, the boundary between good and evil. To Daniel, he was the eternal warmth within his heart, the warmth that made his heart beat.

"Andy!" Daniel screamed out, hoping to wake up the beautiful man lying within his arms, but his voice was only returned with silence. The body he held within his arms was so warm, the person so beautiful, yet, in his own heart, his whole world has been destroyed. He screamed, a voice filled with utter pain, agony, and misery. His eyes were bloodshot, his whole body shrouded in darkness.

Then, as if remembering Andy's last words, he quieted. Sobbing to himself, he gently touched the face of his beloved. "I love you, and thank you for everything. If I hadn't met you, maybe I would've never experience the love we had. So, I will never find another, nor seek someone else to be by my side. This, I will promise to you."

Hugging the body tightly within his arms, Daniel whispered in a soft mutter.

"For as long as live, I promise to never betray the love we had."

If the whole world could turn back in time, Daniel would give up anything to be given a second chance.

"On that day, back in the past, I wish I had knew just how much you meant to me."

They say that some people are destined a life without love. To love and separate, some will meet those they love but can never have. Some will live a life, yearning for the one that they had loved but wasn't able to be with.

These two were already predestined a life full of love and separation, so as to make up for their past life.

Maybe in another lifetime, the both of them would be able to be with one another, and live the life they weren't able to before.

Until then, this was but merely another lifetime.

"If given a second chance, would you still have chosen him?"

Hearing that question, the man dressed in a white robe merely chuckled. His purple eyes striking, as his eyes looked up.

"Even if there wasn't a second chance, I would still choose him. Even if he lingers as a wandering spirit, I would be lingering by the River of Oblivion, waiting until the day I meet him so that we could reincarnate together. For me, he is already my everything. Even if I was to be reincarnated a thousand times, I would still choose him no matter what. Because, to me, he is the only person I will ever love. I have already waited for him for five hundreds years now, watching as he chased after someone who didn't love him. Waiting for a thousand more years, I would even be willing to wait my entire lifetime. Love doesn't have a time limit, it merely depends on whether or not you're willing to wait for the other."
