'What to choose...'
From how he's been so far I can see him taking Iron Jaws or Burning Hands, however I'd pick Iron Scales.
Another thing if he kills something way stronger then himself and gets enough exp to get 2 lvl is that possible?
I'm only asking this now because I did not look at the lvl last time and I was thinking that he had at the very least gotten 2 lvls from that thing if not more.
Yes, leveling 2 or even 3 levels at once is possible, but is pretty hard.
The Queen of the Shallow Deep he killed is indeed stronger than him, but also very elderly? She's pretty old, and she died in one hit kill, so maybe shes not that strong, or was already dying, who knows...

Iron Scales or Iron Jaws, but I guess it's better to tank than attack since he is small as heck compared to most... so Iron Scales to protect himself better, cause really:
low HP + low Defese: (hit = kill)
