"Me too, using my domain drained me."- Arthur

Their destination was the rooftop and the fastest way to reach there was by using the elevator inside the building, but they decided it was too far so running up the wall was more viable.

"Pass me a pillow."- Arthur

α took out two pillows from his pocket dimension and threw one to Arthur.

"Thanks."- Arthur 

Finishing saying that he fell asleep in the blink of an eye.

After seeing Arthur sleeping like a log, α shut his own eyes.

Alice came up not long after and stood there observing.

I really want to hug him, kiss him, and hold his hand.

With silent footsteps, she crept up to him and slowly laid down.

I hope he doesn't wake up with this.

Alice carefully laid on top of his chest.

Maybe because α was really tired or Alice was simply too light, what mattered was that he didn't react and continued sleeping peacefully.

Vibrations from his cellphone drew his attention to his pocket.

Elizabeth: α-kun, today you'll have to go home alone today, nee is attending a meeting.

α: Okay.

Elizabeth: Don't fool around, okay? Nee knows everywhere you go.

α: Nee, I want privacy. ರ╭╮ರ

Elizabeth: It's for your own good, what would I do if you were kidnapped by some slut and I didn't know your location?

Three other girls with a beauty rivaling that of Elizabeth were in her office right now. Both couches on the center of the room were occupied by two people each and in the middle of them was a small table with tea, coffee and some snacks served.

"Elise, who are you talking to? For you to make such a face? Is it your boyfriend?"- the blonde girl beside Elizabeth tried to peek over her shoulder, to no avail.

"It's none of your business."- Elizabeth who was chatting on the phone turned to face her previous party leader.

"Boohoo, Elise is being so cold to me even though we are old friends."

"Rayna-san, you should give Elise-san some privacy."- the girl with a ponytail in front of Elizabeth spoke out.

"But aren't you curious, Itsumi? Elise has been more distant from us lately, I bet she got a boyfriend."- Rayna

"It would be great if that was the case."- Elizabeth whispered under her breath.

"To be honest, I'm curious too."- the girl besides Itsumi decided to voice out her opinion as well.

"Not you too Camilla, and shouldn't we be discussing the coming big event of this year instead of prying into my personal life?"- Elizabeth

"What event? The annual one or the special one?"- Itsumi

"Of course it's the special event. We don't know who they'll be sending, so we have to prepare our best students."- Elizabeth

"How about we select some of the strongest ones we have and we personally instruct them."- Camilla

"That's a good idea actually, now we just need to see who is the most suited for each one of our battle styles."- Rayna

"If we are going to do that, then I already have mine."- Elizabeth

"Already? Hmm, something smells fishy. It couldn't be that you fell for a high schooler, right, Elise?"- Camilla

"Of course not, it's just that he is very adept at magic and proved to be stronger than most of his year."- Elizabeth kept her composure and lied with a straight face.

After everyone was already gone, Elizabeth went back to her chair.

"I can't let them set their eyes on my α-kun, else bad things will happen."- Elizabeth began to bite her long nails trying to think of something. - "But what can I do to prevent it?"

"Nice."- Arthur

Alice's eyes lit up when she heard that.

"Let's go."- α

The three of them jumped from the top and just as they were about to hit the ground, a small tornado slowed them down making everyone land safely in front of the academy gates, after that, they started walking west.

"Our houses should be in the same direction, the only difference is that mine is farther away."- α

"We could just run all the way in less than ten seconds, the problem is that I'm still tired so I'll conserve energy."- Arthur

"No problem. I've got nothing to do anyway."- α

"If you got nothing to do, why don't you come to my house? We could play for the entire afternoon."- Arthur

"My nee doesn't let me."- α

"Why do you need to listen to her? You shouldn't let her control all of your actions. She just wants to monopolize you."- Alice's eyes went hollow and her voice began to sound more domineering by the second.

Alice just nodded in response but the air around her lightened up.

"But first, I need to make some preparations. [Perfect Mirror]"- a reflection of himself stepped outside of the mirror that was created.

He grabbed the zipper of his jacket and from a small hole within it, he removed a black device and put it into the zipper of his clone's jacket.
