The girl who hit Jela started to cry and telling them to help her.

Little Girl: Please help me, village... being attacked...

The little was't able to speak clearly because of crying. Jhon and Aliya was already equipped their things but they didn't know yet what's the taste of a deadly fight, Aliya used the bow and arrows he bought along with the quiver because she didn't know how to do magic.

Jhon: I'll do this alone, you take care of that little girl.

Aliya: Are you going to be alright?

Jhon: Trust me!

Jhon goes out of the village gate, a bunch of guards was with him when a large smoke appeared far away from the village.

Jela saw the little girl who's same height as she is was crying, she looked at the blue necklace she bought along with the orange one and the doll, she put the orange necklace at the little girl's neck, the little girl looked at her and Jela smiled at her. The little girl has glowing icy blue eyes similar from Jela but with different color.

As Jela, Aiya and the little girl was at the village Jhon was following the guards to the smoke.

Guard: Are you part of our group?

Jhon: No a little girl was shouting for help, I was going alone until you came.

Guard: It looks like a volunteer is going... Hey are you good at combat?

Jhon: No, this is my first time in combat.

Guard: Well you aren't safe, you better hold back than to charge unless you're good at bow.

The guards and Jhon arrived at the place where the smoke is coming from, burning and tattered bodies are making rotten smell wet with the pool of their own blood, they searched the area for survivors while the others are putting the fire out before it reaches the forest. It was Jhon's first time to see a real dead tattered bodies that he only seen in movies, his hands gone cold and shaking in fear as he looked at a family teared their bodies in half, he tried to stop vomiting as well as the other guards that looks like new as him, he searched the place, he heard something like crying animal and other was growling.

Jhon: Who's there!

Jhon bashed the door as hard as he could, he looked around and he heard the sound was at the other room, when he arrived he saw a black smoke formed like a human and in front of it was a two tailed black fox, the Dark Shadow saw Jhon and start to charge towards him, he tripped as he walk back wards because of fright but the Dark Shadow keeps on charging towards him, he didn't swing the sword and just point it at the Dark Shadow and stab right through the chest, the force was strong the as the shadow was trying to reach Jhon, he swipe it and slice the Dark Shadow in have, the Shadow disappeared like smoke.

Jhon: Are you alright?

Fox:....

Jhon: Why am I talking to a fox?

Fox:....

The fox jumped to Jhon shoulders with it's sharp claws to grip on his clothes.

Jhon: Ow! Don't use you claw, here!

Jhon put the fox in his bag, it showed its head on top of the bag, the guards finished searching and didn't find any survivors, they went back to the village after putting out the fire. Jhon went back with a fox in her back along with the guards. Jhon saw knights and a carriage with mages and looks like doctors.

Jhon: Why are they going back that way?

Guard: Oh they are from the Kingdom of Kelton who received our message, we only scout the area and report what's the state so that they can prepare, our king isn't great at combat but sure is very smart at tactics, he has a daughter who's teaching adventurers maybe she can teach you something.

Guard: I heard she's coming here tomorrow to visit someone.

Jhon: That will be great.

Guard: She sure is a great sword wielder but she's very strict, and I think she's much older than you and much tall... well men should be tall than girls after all.

Jhon came back and saw that they are gone where he left them, he saw Lorice was walking around the carriage, he run towards Lorice.

Jhon: Lorice!

Lorice: Oh you came back, I was waiting for you.

Jhon: Where are they?

Lorice: Oh you mean your wife and the two girls? They go to an in because the little girl fainted, come I'll guide you there.

They go to an inn where Aliya was sitting on a chair near a bed where the little girl was lying, the little was holding Jela's doll but Jela holds the little girl's hand, it was cold when he touched the little girl's hand.

Jhon: What happened to her?

Aliya: She just went cold, I called a doctor but he also don't know what's causing the fever, the doctor said that she needs to be treated with warm water and take rest. She said she feels cold

The black fox jumped out of the bad and sniff the little girl, it sits at the little girl's chest like a cat sleeping on a pillow, but its tails waggles and the fur started to glow orange like fire, the place where the fox is started to get warm

Lorice: Wow! It looks like you've tamed an elemental spirit fox, they called like that because they can transform anything they eat or drink if they like to, they mostly found in high mountains, they are really hard to catch but it looks like it follows you on its own, how did you tame one?

Jhon: I just saved her from a shadow like creature.

Lorice: Oh so you're his or her savior, well done! And I think it ate a coal what a horrible taste but much better use for warming than to a sulfur.

The little girl's hands are shaking because of cold but she feels warm now.

Aliya: She feels warm but she is still sick.

Lorice: So what happened to your scouting?

Jhon: The village is being attacked an burned... No body survived. I'm worried about this little girl.

Lorice: The Sun Stone was not doing enough heat until that fox arrived. I was hopping if they can add some fire place in the room but I tink this is a bad idea.

The girl's grip was tight like she was suffering in pain, the shaking from the cold temperature was now gone.
