As Tommy and Akane sat on the bed, Morgana appeared on one side of the bed while Selene appeared on the other

Morgana materialized from thin air like in a dream while Selene seemed to emerge from a mist.

Morgana seemed to be dressed in lacy black lingerie, with her long red wavy hair teasing you to look at her, while Selene liked wearing gothic dresses, with her ash brown hair barely covering her cleavage of her low cut top

"How did you know I was here?" Morgana asked

"And me?" Selene added

"Well the fact that we faced no zombies at all on the way here made me suspect that I have guardian angels watching over me. Why don't you both walk with me openly like Akane?" he asked

"I have hidden from the sun for over a millennia. I am just so used to hiding in the shadows and at night that it's second nature to me" Selene said

"My very nature is debauchery and hedonism. These are things hidden in the day but enjoyed in the shroud of the night. I too am not used to being in the open.... unless you want me to" Morgana said

"Me... me too" Selene quickly added

"Well, I don't want to force you or anything. I am just pleased to know that you are both near all the time. I called you because I want to know your thoughts on something" he said

"What?" both of them asked together. 

"I want to go back home to the States. But I don't know how at this moment as all flights presumably have been cancelled. Tell me about yourselves. How did you get here? You both don't look local" Tommy asked

"I was a pheasant girl, born somewhere in the 5th Century, just at the start of the Dark Ages in the what became Romania of today. The lord of the territory I lived in took me in as his slave. He was.. a pure blooded vampire, among the first group that performed the ritual to get this demonic powers. They were the first vampires in existence. 

After years of abuse I pierced his heart with a stake and slowly took over the coven, killing the other first bloods. I ruled from the shadows over many monarchies and placed many kings in their thrones. 

But as the years passed, I grew sick of the games of power, and decided to live my own life, spending every 30 or so years in a different location to remain..... unnoticed. 

Some of my direct vampire descendants grew arrogant, causing them to be hunted and many vampire clans wiped out" Selene explained

"Oh, so most of the vampires were wiped out?" Tommy asked

"Who do you think taught the vampire hunters how to kill vampires? I foresaw that if vampires roamed wild, mankind would cease to exist" Selene smiled. 

"So you prevented vampires from taking over the world?" Tommy asked, shocked at this revelation. 

"If vampires took over, where would I feed? Raring humans like cattle don't interest me. A vampire society will have no creativity, no arts, no science. It is a savage society ruled by violence. I decided that for my own sake, it's best I kept the numbers to a minimum. One if possible" Selene smirked.  

"What about Count Dracula... I mean Vlad the Impaler?" Tommy asked

"Vlad? He was one of my vampire descendants, many generations under me. He did make quite a name for himself fighting the Ottomans. That sorted itself out, didn't it?" she said. 

"Were you involved in his death?" Tommy asked

Selene just smiled, but her head nodded imperceptibly. 

"So.. to continue my story, I've always liked Japan and I even have a home here since the 90s. Japan is excellent. They have such low crime rates because the police here sweep murders under the carpet and declare the victims as suicides. 

It is easy for me to feed, then dump the body in the forest. The police will declare it a suicide here, so I don't even have to cover my tracks" Selene said. 

"So how did you get here?" Tommy asked

"What do you take me for, a barbarian? I took a flight, of course. I own British Airways!" Selene said. 

Tommy laughed. "What about you?" he asked Morgana. 

"I have been around much longer. I was born on the Celtic islands during the time of Alexander the Great when I was captured in a raid by a neighboring warring tribe and was used as a sacrifice to a demon. However, I wasn't a virgin as they thought and the sacrifice failed. Instead of dying and giving them power, I gained immortality but was cursed to become a demon myself.

Believe it or not, over the years I was worshiped as a goddess on several occasions. I was worshiped as the Celtic Goddess Morrigan, the Norse Goddess Freya, the Roman Goddess Venus. I was the inspiration for the sorceress Morgan Le Fey... I have been around for a long time. 

I came to Japan specifically for the Olympics. The sexual debauchery every Olympic always is a feast" Morgana said

"You never got caught?" Tommy asked

"There are always deaths from stroke or sudden heart attacks at the Olympic games, no? That's mostly me" Morgana laughed 

"Then how did you get here?" Tommy asked

"I brought my own yacht! I have loved sailing since my days as a pirate. I was Jacquotte Delahaye, you know!" Morgana said

"Who?" Tommy asked

"You know... Back From The Dead Red!" Morgana explained

Tommy shook his head while Akane stared blankly. 

"Ignorant American, remember?" Selene said snorted

Morgana shook her head but Tommy's eyes were bright and eager. 

"So.. you have your yacht here in Japan?" he asked

"Yes" Morgana nodded. 

"Fantastic! We'll sail home" Tommy exclaimed happily 

"You want to sail the Pacific to the US?" Morgana asked

"How else to get home? I think all flights have been cancelled" Tommy said

"Yes, this zombie virus is like nothing I've ever seen. It's spread throughout the world" Selene said

"How did you know? The mobile network has all but died and there is no internet connection wherever I go" Tommy asked

"I have my own intelligence network. This has never happened before in my long life" Selene said. 

"Wait! Nothing like this has happened before?" Tommy asked

"No, this is like the worst zombie apocalypse in the movies" Morgana said

"Wait, you watch movies?" Tommy asked, shocked

"You think we're neanderthals? We might have been born a long time ago, but we try to keep with the times, otherwise we'll be out of place. I own Universal Studios you know" Selene said

"Sorry" Tommy apologized. These were not ignorant cavewomen stranded out of time. They were savvy immortals who have probably ruled the world on several occasions.

"A virus which spreads by bite, producing super strength organisms will eventually outnumber and outbreed humanity. Mankind might not survive this" Selene said

"Uh... aren't vampires the same?" Tommy asked

"I told you. Why do you think I exterminated the other vampires. I nearly never turn humans to vampires, and even those that I did, I always regretted it and eventually ended them" Selene said.

Tommy had to admit, he was very surprised by Selene's attitude towards vampires. After all, she was one of the first. 

Tommy suddenly looked at Akane. He never asked her for her opinion, and he wasn't sure if all her mental faculties were intact since being bitten. 

She stared back at him, without saying a word. 

"Uh... Akane. Will you follow me?" Tommy asked

"Follow you where?" Akane asked

Tommy slapped his forehead.

"I mean follow me back to the United States. My home" Tommy said

"Ok" she said before staring off to the distance blankly. 

He then looked at Morgana and Selene. 

"Why not? I have many homes there" Selene said

"Me too" Morgana replied. 

"Well thats a plan then" Tommy said.
