Tomboy 22

The camera cut to Cosmo, he rolled his shoulders and looking around the room,

The room is pretty messed up there’s Ceiling, rubble, and debris everywhere. I’m taking that as a sign that Matt didn’t make it. I placed my hand over my heart let out a sigh of relief, I’m glad Cosmo can’t cause him any more pain. I know this is all fake and they probably aren’t even really hurt but I’d rather Matt be out the game then him be in a painful situation.

I drop my hand as Cosmos cracks his neck a bit. He’s sporting a rather large cut near his right eye that’s preventing it from opening and bleeding pretty bad. He’s eyeing the room as much as he can without using his hurt eye. He lifts his right hand and pulls on his right earlobe, for some reason, his hand drops and he walks over to the bed in the center of the room and bends down to tear at the comforter, he manages too tear a thoroughly small piece of it and wrap it around the right side of his head covering his bloody eye. He gets up and walks over to the door that is barricaded with more ceiling Cosmo purses his lips together and narrows his eyes at the door, he looks like he about to kneel again and start trying to unbarricade himself but stops in mid kneel and moves away from the door.

The camera shifts from Cosmo and towards the door, showing us the door and the buyer whose name appeared in the Corner of the screen for like three seconds, it‘s Ray. He lifts his left leg like he’s about to kick the door but then drops it, he’s grinning from ear to ear as he reaches into his left side pocket and pulls out a stick, I lean forward in my chair there’s no way I’m seeing that right. The stick is brown and looks to be about pencil length, he brings the stick close to his mouth and proceeds to lick it.

I grimace eww.

When Ray makes sure the stick is completely covered in his spit, he places the stick in its entirety on the door, I would have assumed the stick to fall off the door because spit isn’t equaled to glue, however, the stick doesn’t, and stays in place. I tilt my head in confusion. Ray backs away from the door, and turns to his left then walks down the hall some more, and turning the corner, he kneels and snaps his fingers.

The camera is quick to take the focus off Ray and to the stick which is now spinning clockwise and glowing orange.

That can’t be good.

The stick starts making very high pitched sounds and blows up. I jump in my seat I’ve never seen anything like that before, my eyes widen as I take in the sight before me. That stick bomb thing had blown not only Cosmo door open but destroyed the ceiling of the top floor and some of the walls. The building looks even worst then before. Ray waits a few minutes before walking back over to the door and walking inside the room. The camera stays in the hallway which I would have thought was weird if Ray didn’t immediately get thrown back into a wall and pixel away. Cosmo walks out and dusts off his shoulders while grinning to himself he glances in both directions left then right and heads in the right way.

His walk slowly turns into a run, as he makes it to a window, the salon is two stories, Cosmo opens the window and sticks his leg out as if he’s getting ready to jump out of the window, but he stills as he hears what we the audience also hear a gust of wind its the tornado.

“You gotta be fucking kidding me,” Cosmo says as he retracts his leg from the window, he turns toward the camera and says “Well you guys sure don’t like to make things easy.” He joked lightly laughing a little but something in his eyes made it seem like he was more annoyed than anything else. He runs a hand through his hair and looks back he came and towards the window. As if to weigh his options. Cosmo lifts his right hand to his left wrist and starts scratching himself.

“Someone is nervous.” Someone from the audience sings in an off pinched tone, the audience mostly stays silent except for a few laughs. The camera switches to what looks like a gross old creepy basement door, the knob twist to the right a little, and the door opens wide for us to see Jefferson whose no longer carrying Will bridal style, Will has his arm over Jefferson's shoulder leaning onto him will all his weight.

“Why are we in the basement?” Will questions tiredly, the blood around his nose seems to have dried up.

“I’d assume since were underground and most basements are underground. Let’s just be happy this Della isn’t throwing curveballs.” Jefferson says the last part with a chuckle and careful help Will sit down on a nearby crate. After making sure Will won’t fall over Jefferson walks away and starts looking around he spots a staircase leading up, he steps on the first step but then backs away from the stairs and walks back over to Will.

“There’s a staircase, I’m going to check it out though and then come back for you.” He says looking at Will with worried eyes.

“No, way we’re in this together. Two persons are better than one.” Will says and tries to stand up.

“Persons?” Jefferson questions as Will falls a bit and he catches him.

“Look we both know I’m probably nothing to make it, so let me be bait at least.” Will takes a deep breath and makes himself stand up on his own. Jefferson moves to lend a hand but Will stops him. Jefferson opens his mouth to speak.

“Chill whos got a fucked nosed and a great attitude.” Will says and makes a fist with both his hands and gives himself two thumbs up “this guy.” He laughs and Jefferson joins in.

“Fine, but we go together, can’t let you take all the glory,” Jefferson says, the two of them head over two the stairs and Will goes first leaning on the banister for support though keeping his back straight and head held high, as he walking up the stairs he suddenly stops and looks at Jefferson who looks at him in confusion.

“Should I have washed the blood off my face first?” Will asks in a concerned tone. Jefferson rolls his eyes and mouth “would you just go.”

I laughed with everyone else at this, he sure knew how to take the pressure off.
