As if noticing stares directed at him, the boy turned around to look at Rosette. Their gazes met mid-air.

His eyes widened upon seeing her, quickly turning around to hide his face. He hastily walked away to a different aisle outside Rosette’s field of vision.

Rosette’s eyes narrowed at the boy’s suspicious actions.

“Rosette? Do you know him?” Issac peeked at Rosette’s face to observe her expression.

“Nope~ I just thought it was funny we were wearing same type of cloaks!”

“Hmmmm. Maybe I should’ve wore a matching one with Rosette?”

“Yeah! Next time!”

“Alright.” Issac gave a warm laugh at Rosette’s response.

However, his eyes calmly followed the boy who promptly left for a different aisle. He could see the boy occasionally looking at them through the gaps between the shelves.

‘What’s their relationship?’

The siblings walked around the store looking at various products on display.

Hugo joined afterwards holding multiple large bags in hand. When asked to put them in the carriage, he reluctantly loitered around and only left after repeated promises from both Issac and Rosette to stay put and not leave the store.

The shopping continued.

Holding different magical tools, while her mind completely spacing out, Rosette was replaying the scene which occurred a while ago.

She didn’t get to properly see his face.

'Is he still in this store?'

She glanced at Issac from the periphery of her vision.

The pink-haired boy was absorbed into looking at a tool which resembled a small camcorder in her previous world - product description said it was a video recording tool which functioned using a small light mana stone.

‘Maybe if I left for a while, he wouldn’t notice.’

Slowly backing away from Issac, she quickly walked down the centre lane, looking left and right through the aisles in search for the boy. Her pace fastened, wanting to avoid Issac finding her before she gets a chance to speak with the boy.

When she finally spotted the cloaked boy crouching at the corner looking intensely at a collection of mana stones, she immediately ran to catch him before he escaped.

‘Just a glance. Then I’ll leave saying I got the wrong person.’

Plus the information about capture target from game panel should be useful. More information is always welcomed.

With a variety of reasons, Rosette approached the boy hiding his appearance under a long cloak. When Rosette grabbed the boy’s hands from behind, his shoulders jumped before turning around to look at her with an expression of a deer in headlights.

The familiar blue panel game screen opened in her face upon contact.

Seol Jinwoo

‘Why is this darn thing showing Error?’

The young boy’s hood slid off when he suddenly whipped his head around to look at Rosette. Upon realising his face was exposed, dread filled his face.

‘!@#**%^!!!!!’ (Jinwoo mentally screaming)

Rosette could swear on her life she heard a high frequency illiterate screaming noise escape the boy’s mouth. The boy’s shaky black eyes flittered between Rosette's hand grabbing his arm and her face right in front of him.

Long strands of midnight black hair poured down his shoulders once the hood was removed. His pearly white skin and Asian-looking features caught Rosette’s eyes, his thin mouth opened and closed repeatedly like a guppy fish, clearly out of words to speak.

When Rosette looked at the ‘grown up’ version illustrated on the game screen, Rosette was speechless. The target's hair was cut short, the man had handsome manly features refined from his childish baby face staring at Rosette in front of her - those sharp features and a jawline, a frown on his lips made him look like a serious and cold beauty. His lean yet muscular body was just her type.

Rosette gulped, knowing his face could easily outshine several Asian actors on the top of 'Most Handsome' list of her previous world.

‘Truly, capture targets don’t disappoint.’

However, even after seeing his appearance, Rosette couldn't follow her plans to quickly leave after seeing his face.

She had a bigger issue on hand.

Why is the screen showing error for this boy?

Did I get the wrong person?

After having a few minutes to calm himself down while Rosette ogled at the screen, the boy put on a more composed face, and faced her with a frown.

His eyes showed he wanted nothing to do with the girl standing in front of him.

“Sorry for grabbing you suddenly” Rosette apologised to start the conversation. “You look similar to someone I know. Can I know your name?”

[A/N: —and 101 failed pick up lines]

“It’s Bob.” The boy replied with a straight face.

FAKE NAME!! WHAT A RIDICULOUSLY OBVIOUS FAKE NAME!!!

HEY, PUT MORE EFFORT INTO MAKING IT!

“I-I see, uh Bob.”

Rosette's plans to confirm details on the screen went downhill when the boy decided to use a false name. Obviously he couldn't admit he was a royalty from neighbouring country to a stranger.

What's a prince doing running around without an escort?

Rosette should've thought this through, but seeing a capture target so suddenly threw her reasons to turmoil.

“I think you have the wrong person. I have to go.”

“Oh. Okay. Sorry to hold you back.”

'Bob' walked past Rosette, pulling his hood forwards to cover his face. He then left the store promptly without looking back.

“Hahhhh. That was a fuck up.” She sighed heavily at the failed interaction.

She had yet to figure out why the game panel was bugging.

“Rosette?” Issac called from the central lane, and Rosette looked at him with a resigned smile.

“Sorry Issac, I was looking at the mana stones and got lost.”

“I was worried when you disappeared! Hugo’s back. Did you find anything you want?”

Issac's worried expression was quite cute, it lightened her disappointment she received from the interaction earlier.

“No. How about you?”

“I already paid for mine with the pocket money I got.”

'Ah I see, father must've given him some allowance too.'

“Is that so? Let me look around some more and we’ll leave. Sorry Issac.”

“It’s okay, it’s your first time out so you can take time to look around.”

“Thank you~” Rosette sent a smile Issac’s way. “You’re the best!”

Issac gleefully laughed at his sister’s response, but his cold eyes didn't quite reach his smile.
