Vincent then saw the merchant sailed away, as the officers then began to leave, but Marlo cut them off.

Vincent can't hear them, but could see that what Marl had said made one of them laugh and approached Marlo and gave him a coin. 

When the officers were about to leave, Marlo clenched his fist and stopped the guy in the back, but the other guy used the gun and hit Marlo in the stomach, and another one from the head.

Making Marlo go down on his knees. Not only that, the officer didn't rest and kick Marlo again in the stomach, head, and back. Beating Marlo to the ground.

Looking at this scene, Vincent couldn't help but clicked his tongue, 'Not enough guts to fight back, huh?' He then approached them.

"I'll have you arrested for insubordination and treason." One of them said that, as Marlo didn't back down and said.

"Damn you! You can't get away…"

"Yes, we can." Lifting the gun, and yelling, "Here, we can!" It was about to hit Marlo, but Vincent grabbed the guy's hand, stopping it from hitting Marlo. 

"I think that's enough," Vincent said that towards the officer, bringing his hand down.

Hitch saw that, and stepped up and said, "Sorry if this retard was causing you trouble. We'll be sure he learns his lesson. Unless…" Hitch looks at the side, where people from Stohess were watching the show unfold, "You'd prefer to make a bigger scene?"

Looking at the people from Stohess looking at them with contempt, and probably disgusted by the corruption of Military Police, "We'll let you off this once."

As everyone replied, "Yes, sir!"

Vincent didn't and couldn't be bothered with them. Unlike these guys, he joined the Military Police with skills and not with money. He is also accepted by the Commander himself, so if he gets kicked, Nile Dawk will investigate it. That's what Vincent thinks, but it probably is not far off from what will happen.

Vincent looked at Marlo, and saw him looking at his gun. Vincent knew what Marlo was thinking and so he said, "Can you do it?"

Marlo looked up and saw Vincent looking at the two Officers, "If you shoot them, I'll help you."

Marlo was about to reach the gun, but held back and punch the ground, "Damn it!"

Seeing this, Vincent couldn't help but look at him, as he looked at everyone and said, "Let's continue the briefing. Follow me!"

Vincent then began walking, as Marlo looked at him, and got up. 

Vincent then began briefing the route, and where they will position. 

… .

Vincent then stretched out his arms, and said, "Hmm, how many will come, I wonder?"

Vincent then looked at everyone and said, "Let's go towards the gate. The convoy will enter at any given minute."

As everyone began to prepare, Vincent saw that there are people who were evacuating and thought, 'Ohh, Erwin Smith has a plan?'

Vincent then began looking around and saw that every route that the convoy will go, has almost no people in it.

Vincent then stands at the side of the road, as everyone else does. Waiting for the bell to ring. 

*ding* *ding*

The bell rang twice, as the gate slowly opened. Vincent looked and saw a convoy led by the Commander of Military Police, Nile Dawk. 

They saluted, and waited for the convoy to pass to them before they went to another location. Vincent looked towards the passing convoy and thought that the middle would be where Eren was at.

As the convoy slowly passes by them entirely, Vincent and the rest have to go now.

Vincent then began to jog and walk towards where their next spot is…

The convoy passes peacefully, until it reaches an area with many buildings. Vincent marks this place as an ambush spot, since there are many buildings and things to hide from. He thought of this place, as a place where the enemy would likely attack… And he's right...

Out of nowhere. A person jumped towards the convoy, and charged, kicking the door of the carriage and entering it.

People stop and look at it, stunned by the sudden events.

And like a bomb has been dropped. A blinding light consumed and blasted off the rest of the convoy, as Erwin and Levi, exited one of the carriages.

Vincent looked and saw the Armored Titan, and Eren on his hands.

Vincent's eyebrows rose. He used his ODM gear and flew atop of the building. 

The Armored Titan didn't idle and waited for everyone to respond as he quickly ran towards the Wall. 

Seeing this everyone was stunned, as they saw a Titan appear out of nowhere. 

Then… When everyone from the Military Police began to panic, and Erwin was talking to Nile, a second explosion happened. As the roar of Eren, Vincent assumed, and Eren transforming into a Titan.

Vincent sees these and gets down towards Nile, who has now pointed the gun towards Erwin.

"Sir, Two Titans appeared inside the Stohess District. One of them being the Armored Titan, and one being Eren Yeager." Vincent reported it. As Nile looked at him stunned, and then looked at Erwin. 

"What's the meaning of this, Erwin!" 

"Nile, two Titans appeared. We need to subdue the Armored Titan first, before thinking of killing me, or kill me now. And you will be in charge of this mess." Erwin said that and gave Nile the paper filled with strategic plans.

Nile looked at Erwin, hesitated before saying. "Erwin you will pay for this." 

Nile said that and began ordering the Military Police to evacuate People. And of course, Vincent also responded. "Yes, sir!"

Vincent then uses his ODM gear and flies towards the top of the roof. But then someone followed him. "Brat, are you Vincent Glaze?"

Vincent looked towards the person, and saw Levi from the Survey Corps, and responded, "Yes I am."

Levi looked at him and said, "Why you didn't join the Survey Corps… Your friends seem to have trust in you. You're not a coward either… so why?"
