Chapter 351

"Miriam!!"

Ai Biyu yelled but Miriam didn't listen at all. She was just staring at Kyle's lifeless body.

Her eyes lost their focus and she was just kneeling in front of Kyle. She was squeezing his hand. His body was still warm but it won't take a long time before Kyle become a cold body. 

Ai Biyu touched Miriam's shoulder but the woman didn't budge at all. She became a statue. 

Ai Biyu clicked her tongue, her face contorted as she glanced at Kyle. It was horrible. Kyle's limbs were missing and there was a fist-size hole in his chest. No matter how much Ai Buyi deny it, she knew that Kyle was already dead. 

So Ai Biyu had to take Miriam away from the Demon. That was the only thing she could do right now. She didn't know what to do actually, she didn't have a plan. The man who usually created the plan was dead. 

Ai Biyu understood that she didn't stand a chance against the Demon. Not now, Elizabeth was above any creature that she fought. 

"Miriam, we have to leave this place."

She faced her but Miriam's sight was glued to Kyle. She became a broken person. 

Ai Biyu bit her lip and clenched her fist. It seemed like she had to do this. She raised her hand and…

Pah!!

Ai Biyu slapped her. Miriam's eyes widened and she touched her cheek, it was stinging. Her cheek was rosy red. Her head tilted as she didn't know what happened.

"Huh?"

"Miriam!!"

"Huh?"

She was dumbfounded. 'What happened?' She asked herself. 

Then, the memories entered her mind. 

"I see…"

Miriam closed her eyes and swallowed hard. She couldn't breathe. She recalled how Kyle died. It fucking hurts. 

She glanced at Kyle with her unsteady breathing. At any moment, she may lose herself again. She couldn't accept that Kyle died. 

"Thank you, Ai Biyu..."

She said with a broken voice. She may cry again at any moment.

"… No, I did nothing."

Ai Biyu averted her gaze. She was weak. Lee Hal-Sung died just to give her a chance to escape. She was pathetic. She didn't even have the time to see Janna before she died. She could relate to what was undergoing in Miriam's mind. It was indeed painful as if you want to die. 

"Still, you save me."

"Niña is the one who saved you. Not me."

"Niña… Did she…"

Miriam couldn't exactly comprehend what happened. 

"Yeah, just like you, I don't know what's going on. Niña stabbed the Demon and they both disappeared."

Ai Biyu met Niña while she was trying to find Miriam and Kyle. But because of the situation, both Niña and Ai Biyu didn't have time to formulate a plan. 

Niña just said that she would face the Demon and Ai Biyu had to take Miriam away from the battle. She didn't know that Niña and Elizabeth would disappear. 

"I see."

Miriam closed her eyes. Just as she expected, she couldn't locate Niña. 

Miriam glanced at Ai Biyu who was in distress. 

"Ai Biyu, can you please slap me again?"

"I don't know what's going on in you, but sure."

Pah!!

Ai Biyu didn't hold back. She gave her the greatest smack. Miriam's lip was cut and blood came out. But instead of being angry, her eyes became clear again. She knew what to do. 

The hesitation disappeared in her mind. She had to leave this place, or else the sacrifice that people made would be wasted. 

"What are you doing? Is that an expansion box?"

Ai Biyu was bewildered why Miriam took out an expansion box. She grabbed Kyle's body and inserted it into the box.

"Woah Woah, I know that you love Kyle but isn't that too much?"

"I will tell you the story later on. But for now, we have to meet with the Elves."

"What do you mean Elves?"

"Just follow me!"

"Okay."

Miriam started running and Ai Biyu followed her. Miriam knew the topography of this place because of her Skill. The Fortress crashed in Spain, thankfully they were far from the city and no civilians were hurt.

On the other side of the world, two people were glaring at each other. They were both covered with blood. Although they have different colors of blood. 

The male had red blood while the woman had black disgusting blood. To be honest, they were quite disturbing to see. 

"Gah!!"

Jade Levia coughed as she lost her strength. She kneeled on the ground. She lost her right arm and she had holes all over her body. As if she became a beehive. 

She glared at Kim Soo-Woon. 

She couldn't believe that she lost. 

"… you killed my brethren!"

She roared. While fighting, Kim Soo-Woon's Skill absorbed the Demons using those black round stuff that materialized every time he swung his blade. 

Despite the fact that Kim Soo-Woon was outnumbered, he still won against Jade. It was humiliating. She was gritting her teeth. 

She glared at the nonchalant man. Kim Soo-Woon was just smoking even if he was covered with blood too. Yes, he was injured but Jade's appearance was much horrible. She lost one of her arms while Kim Soo-Woon's body was still intact. She didn't damage him much. 

"I admit that your Skill is quite unique."

Jade just recently became a Demon Lord. She overtook the last Demon Lord and gained the throne of Envy. She was the youngest of all Demon Lords, so her power as a God was still not that compact. Especially against Kim Soo-Woon who had these black holes looming around him. What's more, these black holes had suction abilities. It was not ordinary suction because Jade felt that her existence slowly crumbled whenever she got close to them. 

'Just as I expected, I'm still not close to the first Demon Lord of Envy…'

It was unknown what happened to the first Demon Lord of Envy, one day he just disappeared…. Jade had no idea that the first Demon Lord of Envy, Leviathan, was actually on this very planet. 

"… This is not over. I will return."

"Yeah, that's what they usually say. Then they will get fucked for the second time."

Kim Soo-Woon shrugged. 

Jade called her remaining servants and they all disappeared. They returned to the Underworld.
