I thought that Students were prohibited to enter the rooftop of this school?

Do these two have some kind of special permission?

My plan was to launch the drones and go back to my room but now...

On the rooftop was a girl claiming to be my brother's friend and now, another guy who knows this girl.

She called out this guy's name and immediately went by his side as if she couldn't wait any longer.
