A Little Lucky Day

So if that's so the answer must be 45, I can't believe I spent 30 minutes on one stupid math problem, I can't believe that Xi'an only comes up with problems for people who buy a dozen watermelons still, and how can she think that to make the questions more difficult she just increases the size of the numbers. I know she's not really a teacher and at least she's trying, I just wish she would leave less homework, I haven't finished watching the new season of Nonoa the battle android, but that new character is awesome, I can't wait to see how it will end. At least I'm done with all the homework so I still have all afternoon and Sunday to finish watching it. I better go downstairs to get something to eat first.

Suddenly a couple of light knocks on the door, the lock opens, it's my sister, in her hands she has a box.

"The mail arrived again, it's for you."
"Did you buy another anime figure again?"
"Why the hell do you keep doing this? Not enough girls for you?"

"Hey! they are different things and one does not exclude the other"
"Just because I have a car doesn't mean I can't have a different model car to put on the desk!"

"Interesting analogy"
"So that's how you see them?"

"You know what I mean, stop looking for problems that don't exist"

"Can I see what you bought this time?"
"And where do you plan to put it, there's no more room on the shelf, not unless you throw away Tifa's house"

"No, I'll put it next to the computer, the table looks pretty empty"

My sister snatched the box from me and opened it herself in a hurry to see the contents.

Damn stuck-up midget, I'm trapped in this body because of you to begin with and this is how you repay me. Fuck yeah, I was the stupid one. But you'll see, when she asks me for help because her future boyfriend left her for someone else, that day will be my revenge. I will enjoy every second of it, and with the way she's acting I'm sure I won't have to wait long, it's just a matter of time. I took the figure and put it on the desk, it took me a while to put everything together to make it look nice. After that, I went back to my original plan of looking for something to eat so I left the room and went downstairs. In the living room, I found Tamamo who was putting together something made of wood, it looked like a door, when she finished she placed it on a dresser along with several other things. There were several candles, some tree branches, a bunch of fox figures, a tori, and a small table with what looked like offerings.  

"What are you doing?" I asked curiously.

"Oh this?"
"No, nothing."
"I'm just building a little temple inside the house"
"What do you think it looks like?"

"Well it's pretty nice"
"Although my whole family is Christian so I don't know"
"Who belongs to?"

"Mine of course!"
"This temple is mine completely!"

"...."
"Huh?"

"I am also a Goddess"
"It's only natural that I have a temple for myself!"
"This is the first temple dedicated to the Moon Goddess Tamamo-no-mae!"
"Built by the Goddess herself!"

"Although I would have liked to build it cuter, but I'm not good at carpentry so I bought a prefabricated one"

Damn, that sounds so sad. I don't have the strength to tell her the truth. Also, I don't think a temple in honor of an evil Goddess known for waging war against humans was a good idea. But she was so happy to accommodate it still that I just kept quiet and went on my way. 

In the dining room, there was also a very unusual scene, so much so that it confused me for a moment. Lisa was quiet and calm, she was playing a board game with Charlotte and Kasumi, so maybe that was the reason. They were playing the game of buying land and then collecting rent. The androids were playing separately, one using the iron and the other the cat, the demon the car, the T-rex, and the Rubber Ducky. But somehow, even though she was playing as three different people, Lisa had the least money. Even so, she was the one who was paying more attention to the game, because she was even keeping the accounting accounts with a calculator, that was dedication. Tifa was also playing, but she was her own token, she was sitting on the jail square on the board.

When I got to the kitchen I was surprised to find Momo, who was watching the oven attentively, she was quite happy because she was even humming a song. The oven made a little sound and turned off, she had finished cooking something. The angel took some gloves and took the food out of the oven. The smell filled the room immediately, it was easy to recognize what it was, it was happiness in tangible form.

"Good! It worked!"

"Thank you Saeko-sensei! Your teachings and patience finally paid off!" Said the gum, jumping up and down with joy.

"Is that pizza!?"

"Cesar!"
"Yes! Look!"
"I did it by myself!"

"Awesome!"

"Tell me was it hard for you?"

"Not so much really"
"Saeko has been helping me a lot by teaching me how to use the stove and measuring baking times"
"She was finally letting me do it on my own so I gained a little bit of confidence"
"And today I found a video on how to cook pizza and I said why not?"
"They are no different, and look, I did it!"

"Excellent, I am very happy for you" I said while patting her head.

Momo took a plate and cut a couple of pieces for me, which I was deeply grateful from my soul because I just came for something simple but I ran into this incredible surprise, like finding a cold soda in the middle of the desert, it was the same feeling. And speaking of soda, since it was the drink to drink, I went out to the mini-supermarket to buy two for the family. When I returned everyone was at the mini-supermarket delivering the pizza. Levia was the most interested in the food because of the way it looked and she wanted to know why everyone was happy, because of the way the cheese was stretched she thought it was a piece of gum.

Well, we were almost all there, my mother was not there. A little earlier she had received a call even though she still had the day off, but it seems it was pretty important because she had locked herself in the office and hadn't come out yet. On my way back to my room I stopped by to drop off her lunch because she loved it too. I knocked gently on the door and then opened it slowly so as not to make any noise. My mother saw me and smiled when she saw that I was coming to bring her food, but she still continued with the call, even though it seemed to be almost over.

"Yes sir"
"I have everything in the same place"
"Don't worry, it's just as the documents say"

"Yes I will send a copy to him as well"

"Sure, gladly!"
"It's good to see that you have finally clarified what to do."

"Yeah sure, Monday then"

After delivering the food I went back to my room to finish watching the new season of my favorite series. But even that couldn't take my mind off the strange feeling of uneasiness my mind had, like those times when you've screwed up big time, you pretend nothing happened but you know it's only a matter of time before someone finds out and you get a huge scolding, well that's exactly it. It was not necessary to be a genius to know the origin, Mitsuki was in the city, and if she was here, Sakura was here too. Just knowing it made me nauseous, the simple fact of knowing that I could meet her out there disgusted me. I was even teasing myself thinking about what stupid way I would meet her. Maybe I would end up in a kidnapping with her. Maybe she'll magically become friends with Haru, maybe she'll find the cafeteria and it will become her favorite place. Hell, anything was possible with that girl and her stupid protagonist plot armor factor.
