A young lady dressed in a purple maid outfit is now resting by the grasses idling beside a tree.
She was within the courtyard of the school, surrounded by tree's and grasses all around it, benches and brick roads were made for easier walking along with a fountain right on top of the middle similar to a park.

The place is widely used for painting, studying or settling for a small picnic.
And yet now it's the first time they have spotted a young maid.
All alone and completely defenseless.

She had an empty cup of tea beside her,  as she rested her eyes.
Until finally dozes off and sleep takes her.

While snoozing by the shade hiding from the brightness of the sun.
Some student passes by, they wonder why on earth is there a little maid not working?

"A slacker in this school?"

"Impossible! This is a prestigious school that not anyone can enter!?"

"She might get sent back to her home at this rate..."

"But... somehow watching her is quite soothing."

Some students have begun drawing her and using the girl as a subject for their work.

But then...
One of the male student officers rose to try and scold her.
But as the man approached.

"Uwaaah! Something heavy!"

Some kind of weight pushed him down the earth unable to move as if being tugged by a powerful force.

As everyone gazed at the young man who couldn't move.
A few seconds later the man could stand again as though the weight was lifted.
Everyone turned to look at the maid from afar again but she simply disappeared.
But some who were observing her knew she simply escaped the moment the man approached her.

"That girl was like a small animal." a bystander said.

"I wanted to draw her."
Those who was drawing her was displeased with the guy who tried to approach her.

As for the victim.
He simply thought.
"Was that magic just now?"
Puzzled at what just happened.
That was simply the only explanation he could give.

//And so... the rumored tiny maid of the academy is now being spread.//

-Meanwhile-

New work schedule:
6:00 am - 8:00 am [Tending to Leanne's daily morning needs.]

8:00 am - 5:00 pm [Nothing.]

"Phew, that was close..." Estel's heart was beating from running away.

"I knew setting up a bind trap around me would be helpful.
Never thought someone would actually approach a sleeping person like that."

"But still... what's with this ridiculous free time I have..."

"Leanne, why did you even bring me here!?"

As Estel agonizes her free-time.
Leanne, on the other hand, were with Lana.
________________________________________________________________________________
Apparently, Lana is both studying alongside Leanne,
As her guard, she was permitted to be at her side,
but for Estel who is simply just a servant, Leanne had no choice but to separate from her.

Due to the school rules of not accepting servants and only a single guard rule policy which they strictly followed.

Leanne simply had no choice in the matter.

"You should already know of the policy by now...
Why did you bring Luria here again?" Lana asked with curiosity.

"This school is a prestigious one.
Sooner or later someone will notice how unique she is...
Likely may even become a student if they began to notice her."

"You planned this out already?" Lana gave her a wry smile and a raised brow.

"There's no need to plan it at all.
Estel herself is just the type of girl that will draw unnecessary attention,
No matter how hard she tries to hide." As she shrugged.

"After all, she made the gardener's and servants come to like her.
That they called her... The Tiny Flower in the palace."

Leanne exhaled in worry.

"How on earth did that happen!
It's only been a week when she became your maid "

Leanne simply retorted.
"Wrong, she was in the palace for at least 3 weeks.
And also...

It is due to her scent of tea herbs and along with how kindly she treats everyone around her.
She even pestered me about asking the head-maid to remove the punishment regarding the missing maid dress she stole from Sara.

Though... I've already dealt with that before she could even ask me."

In Lana's thoughts, she could only worry.
[Uwah...
she's more popular than I imagined.]

"Wanna bet that she will make quite a ruckus somehow."
Leanne said with a smile.

"Leanne she's not like you...
I highly doubt Estel would cause such a thing." ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

//Estel's circumstances//

After running away in the courtyard,
She is now currently in the roof tops of the academy.
She thought none would bother her in such a place.

"Didn't you hate heights?" her armlet asked her.

"I did... but If other student finds me,
They will likely just pester me with questions."

*Growl* She heard the noise from her arm-band.

"You're kidding me?"

"No, we do not...
We are hungry."

As the armlet took the shape of a tiny dragon.
"I pray, you have some food, there...
We have been waiting since morning."

It was currently Midday and her pet was hungry.
As she checks her belongings, she realized all she had brought were a few crackers she ate and hand-made tea packs.

Estel sighed at the situation.

"Can you shape yourself back into an armlet?
I need to go to the cafeteria..."

It shook its head.
"Even our material form require sustenance.
We simply never complained due to that girl's presence."

[Girl? it couldn't have been Lana...
Then...]

"You're talking about Leanne?"

The tiny dragon nodded while trembling as they heard it.

"Yes...
The moment we spoke a bit,
We swiftly notice her gaze directly at us!
She has been observing us since then.
We couldn't give out a squeak nor even a word to warn you!"

Estel was both surprised and amazed at how Leanne could notice something so small as that.
"Wow... She's quite something."
After understanding their situation she then said.
"Then hide underneath my clothes then...
I'll feed you there..."

The creature swiftly slid into her clothes as she got tickled a bit, while it hid behind the back of her clothes.

//Sticky hands.//

As she reaches the cafeteria and walked straight to the food stall.
She remembered something she had forgotten.

"Estel... use this." As Leanne hands her a pouch of gold coins.

"This is?"

"Your pay, as well as your means to feed yourself here.
This isn't the palace so be sure to not lose it."

As she checks her pockets for it...
She realized it.

[Ah... damn.
I forgot that stupid pouch in our room!]

This is...

The growling noise of her pet echoed as those who were silently eating there noticed her presence.
They giggled a bit as they continued their meal.
She then whispered to her pet.

"Can you wait for a bit longer?"

"We... are on our last legs.
If we remain like this any longer,
We might faint." Aisha answered.

"What happens if you faint?" she asked.

"We have no choice but to absorb your strength through your body.
If we were to make it simple.
We will return to your body as your wings."

[This...
is...
way worse than I thought!?]
She cried out in her mind as fear and panic crawled into her mind.

She then imagined.

"AH! a demon-kin!" the nobles cried out.

"KILL HER!" sending their guards to end her with their weapons.

"Ugaaah!" Estel's dying breath.

*Ding!* [Elevator to heaven right this way.] -Angel.

//Sticky fingers//

"What... should I do."
In a stray panic, she makes a small turn away from the cafeteria.
But in her careless action clashed with a stranger.

*jingle* *jingle*

"Kya!?" making a cute noise as she fell.

"Ugh...
Watch where you're walking!
You plebian!"

It was a young man with his hair properly combed backward,
his brown eyes and brown hair makes him seemingly look like a gentle person.
But In reality, he was quite rude.

She then paled and swiftly apologized.
But strangely, she turns to the vendor swiftly pointed out things she needed.
As the vendor gave her a hand-sign showing three fingers and made her purchase.
Rushing away outside the cafeteria.

"What is a small maid like her doing here?" his guard said.

"Probably got lost."
The young man said as he pointed out things he wished to buy then searches for his pockets.
He then stared at his guard with a vacant expression on his face.

"Is there... something wrong?" he asked with a worried look.

"Yes... I've just been robbed by that tiny maid!" he angrily, said.

But then the vendor poked his back from his stall and asked him while shaking his head and shrugging.

" I don't think that lassie even knows how much these things are worth.
As he flips three gold coins as it fell in the table of his stall.

I requested for 30 silver coins but she just dropped 3 gold coins and ran.
Since you seem troubled how about I use these extra coins as your pay."

while giving him a bright smile with his red hair and dark eyes wearing a newsboy cap, with a simple coat.

But then he flinched then asked.

"Aren't you the owner of that popular company that is spreading his shop across the kingdom?"

He lowered his cap even further down hiding his face.

"I don't know who you're talking about...
But if you keep fooling around, your food including your money might go cold."

As the bread he purchased wrapped in paper was beginning to sog.
The man decided to report the maid to the guards regardless.

//Forgetfulness my Old Friend.//

[What the @#!# #@&^#!&^ @#*!&
Why did I do that!]

As Estel agonizes over what had just happened.
She was able to steal it in just a heartbeat the moment she clashed with the stranger.
She heard the sound of coins jingle and without realizing it,
and in her desperation for money took hold of her once again.

Right now she is in the roof-tops feeding her pet as it happily munched on the hearty meal of bread with warm juicy meat inside of it.

While snacking on things she purchased without thinking.
In her hands were a sack of gold coins only withholding at least 7 of them.

"So good, I've been waiting for this..."
*munch* *munch* *munch*

[If Leanne finds out about this...
I'm technically screwed!?
No... not just screwed.
I'm going to get roasted just like her brother!]

"Ah... I'm full, Now then..."
It once again bit its tail as it transforms into an armlet.
She gave a sigh of relief as things didn't go completely out of hand.
But she was facing another problem.

[How do I return this?
For now, let's go back to my room.
I used at least 3 gold coins for the food.
Last I checked that pouch had at least 30 gold coins in it.]

"Right...
I'll replace the gold coins and return it to him...
...
...
...
Who is that guy again!?"

She continued to agonize for a few moments before walking down the building.

//Escape.//

As she was half-way to the building where their room was located, she then heard a noise.
Armed guards were rushing towards her, with weapons in hand.
Her instincts kicked in and ran as swiftly as she can.

[Nope...
Nope...
Nope...
Nope...
nope, nope, nope, nope.
noooope.]
she said in her thoughts while running away from them.

"Hey, you!? STOP!"
but Estel didn't care and rushed inside the building.
Dashed to the higher floors where their room was located.
Opening the door with a key provided for her and locking it in quick succession.

[I'm scared...
This is just like that day all over again!
Leanne where are you!?]
(╥_╥)

//Prediction realized.//

-Meanwhile-

Time has simply passed by...
After locking herself in the room.
From Noon to Dusk.

As Leanne was about to return to her room.
"See what I told you?"

Lana could only groan as she saw the knights in front of their room.
Leanne approached the knights with a cheerful smile on her face.

"So... why exactly are you, soldiers, right here?" as she asked.

One of them stood forward and explained.

"A thief was reported to have maid clothing and the size of a small girl.
The moment we spotted a maid dress we moved to arrest but she simply ran confirming her guilt.
But as we gave chase...
We found it was actually your room your highness...
So we were unable to break inside.
Awaiting your return for permission."

Leanne chuckled a bit while giving a wry smile.

"Thief? what did she steal this time?"

"It appears she pickpocketed gold coins from a prince of a neighboring country."

Leanne has a blank expression on her face showing disbelief.

"That's impossible..." She said.

"I gave her a pouch of coins that could make a maid like her weep with joy."

Lana then asked her.

"How... much did you give her?"

"30 gold coins," she replied

"Does she even know how much a gold coin is worth?" while dropping a single sweat.

"Ara~...
that's something I don't know.
Why not ask her now."

Leanne said as she gave a hand-sign to the guard to let her pass.
They move quickly making a pathway while giving her a salute.

With the extra key given to her room, she opens the door with both hands.

As the sound of *Slam* echoed across the room.

"Luria we are home!
It's time to explain yourself." As Leanne said these words with a bright smile on her face.

They saw Estel in the corner of her room covered in a blanket.
Mumbling with a pale expression on her face.

"I'm Screwed, I'm Screwed, I'm Screwed..."

As she gazed at the guards behind Leanne and Lana.
"Eeeek!
I didn't steal it!
I swear!"

As she said these words while raising her hand.
All of them gave her a wry smile.
