Uhh, where am I? I thought as I stood up. Oh yeah, NPC system. I'm so thirsty I should drink some water. I put my hands into the freshwater lake, gathering some water.

"Oh yeah, have to boil it. After all, it might contain bacteria." I said to no one. "It's just that, where can I find a bowl?" Maybe fruits will do the trick. Due to cellular respiration, sugar from fruits is needed to make water. Not to mention, it should also contain some water. After walking a little bit around the forest, I found a strange piece of fruit. "What's this?" I grabbed it with my hand, examining it. It was like a dragon fruit only smaller, with more spiky appendages, containing both black and purple colors. Is this even edible?

Ding!  Proficiency Skill Examine obtained.

Spoiler

[collapse]

Proficiency skill? Why is it called a proficiency skill and not a skill? Also skill type? Does that mean there are multiple types of skills?  Well, it's not like that matters. So how do I use it? Do I think the word? Examine.

Ding!

Name Black Spite Fruit.

The fuck is this? I don't do anything else? This thing is useless! Wait, if this is like all the other games, it can level up, right? Hm. Examine, examine, examine.

Ding!

Experience Skill Examine leveled up!

Good. Examine.

Name Black Spite Fruit

Description: It's a poisonous fruit.

Yeah, this is not edible. At least I can use this to make the poison so when I can hunt animals: I can just poison them. I put it in my pocket continuing my search for fruit. Along the way, I soon had many more thoughts that occur in my head. Was I in a game? Well, considering the fact, I have the system, maybe. But if it was, then I had so many more questions. Am I an NPC? If so, do I need any substance? The fact I'm thirsty probably means I'm am. Then again, it might just be material desire. If it wasn't, then I still had questions. Why was I in the forest? How did I get here? Why me? So many questions I had, but only theories. I proceeded to wander through the woods. Along the way, I'd gain quite a bit of examine levels having it become level four. I stopped when I saw a small turtle. A turtle? I thought. That means there's another source of water nearby. Not to mention if I kill it, I can get a shell bowl and some meat. It's like killing two birds with one stone! The thing is that the turtle has a hard shell, so I can't kill it, maybe if I cut the turtle's shell. How can I cut the shell, though?

Going to edit it a bit.
