I immediately took a step back and took out all the potions I had on my inventory as this guy wasn't going to be easy to defeat.
Heck, I'm not even sure if I will be able to defeat him! Even though his HP is several times lower of what it should be, I still couldn't get confident in fighting someone like him.
The lunatic cultist, a strange boss that absorbs the powers of the Mysterious Table and gets supernatural powers that rivals to that of even the player using the best armaments in the game. He is the penultimate boss you will fight right before the celestial creatures attack the world, and Cthulhu/Moon Lord emerges from the moon itself just to kill you.
However... He hasn't absorbed the powers of that Mysterious Table, so he is not as strong as his counterpart from the Hard-mode is... I think...
That means that I won't be completely obliterated in just one attack!

The lunatic cultist moved at a terrifying speed right in front of Aspen, with his hand pointing right into his face.
[Inferno]
*Fugoooooosh!!!*
Soon, four giant fireballs were suddenly shot directly from his hand, burning everything on its path, and destroying a part of a house some meters behind them.
All on their path melted into nothingness and left only a few flames on the area that appeared into the nearby materials that ignited when they entered in contact with the amount of heat in the surroundings.
Aspen, that fortunately managed to dodge it on time by using his Hyper concentration mode, took out the finch staff and summoned 11 Birds with Neo being one of them, who soon launched themselves towards the Lunatic cultist ready to pierce through his body.
"Birds? I thought you could do something more interesting than this, dryad descendant..."
"Go fuck yourself" Aspen cursed.
Suddenly the Lunatic cultist lifted his hand and pointed it directly in the direction of the birds before waving it in a horizontal motion.
[Ice Arrows]
Eleven ice arrows suddenly appeared right in front of the cultist after he waved his hand and chanted the incantation, Then after some moments they shot towards the skulls of all the birds dashing towards him ready to pierce them in no time.

"Hoh~? Nevermind then, this is plenty of interesting..."
The arrows, that were supposed to pierce through all the birds and kill them all, passed through their bodies as if they were ghosts and continued flying like it hasn't even impacted into something in the first place.
[Rock bullet]

Aspen that saw The lunatic cultist being distracted by the birds, chanted and shot a very sharp and fast bullet straight into the head of the Lunatic cultist.

However, like it happened before, a strange dark aura appeared right into the place where the bullet was going to pierce and blocked it easily.
"Now, isn't this truly unfair~? You have the numerical advantage now! Unfair, unfair, unfair, uuuuuunfair!!!"
[Lightning judgement]
A giant orb made of pure electricity appeared right above the Lunatic cultist, and before Aspen could notice, He was struck by a lighting right into his chest.
*BOOOOOOM!!!!*
Aspen was sent flying and crashed against several houses until he finally came to a stop, the hubris of the house fell onto his body while his gaze was sightly unfocused due to the sudden impact on his body.
Suddenly, a translucent screen appeared right in front of Aspen's eyes, which brought him back to earth.

He drank a healing potion and stood up rapidly before the Lunatic cultist arrived.
However, as he was about to start running away from the city to prevent any person from being injured in this fight, a sudden voice came from above him.
"I guess teleporting has its benefits, don't you think~?"
[Inferno]
Four giant fireballs were sent flying from the Lunatic cultist's hand directly towards Aspen and melted everything that stood on its way.
"Ahhhhhhhh!!!"
"Who the heck is that?!"
"Sir Aspen?!"
Dozens of people screamed scared at the sight of complete devastation the fight between these two caused. A few bodies could be seen on the floor completely turned charred and turned into semi-melting corpses, and the whole street was caught in a blazing fire all around it.
Aspen, that positioned himself to be ready for any attack, cursed under his mouth.
"Why does these people have so few trees planted around this darn city...?!"
Caught in the middle of a giant fire all around the street, with almost half of his health, a burning pain in his chest after receiving the lightning directly, and an enemy that had an incredible knowledge in sorcery and that seemed to be protected against all kinds of projectiles thrown at him by some mysterious Aura. Aspen was completely cornered.
"Now, what should I do? Pierce you slowly with thousands of Ice needles while you scream on desperation? Burn your skin alive while you roll on the floor in pain? Electrocute you until every part of your body explodes while you watch everything? Tell me~! TELL ME~!! AMUSE ME WITH YOUR SUFFERING"

A sudden cloud of mist covered the whole zone, blocking everyone's sight.

The Lunatic cultist looked at its surroundings, only to find nothing.

Right at that moment he noticed a certain black dot disappearing in the distance jumping from roof to roof.
"Tch, I still can't teleport for now, I guess this will be a persecution then..."

Two high pressured flames escaped from his palms and propelled him at high speed in Aspen's direction. Leaving nothing but a devastating scene in the place where this two fought.

Suddenly, from the charred dirt in the ground, a small flower emerged and started growing and taking the shape of a human.
With shiny green hair that seemed to assimilate the greenest of plants in nature tied into a braid, and two beautiful amethyst-like eyes. A woman in a strangely revealing attire made only of plants and vines that covered her private parts, emerged from the flower and looked in the direction where Aspen and the Lunatic cultist went.
"To think that we could meet again, human. Moreover, to think it could be on a situation like this... Maybe you have indeed a special destiny..."
Soon the woman started walking in that direction, with small flowers appearing out of the charred ground every time she took a step and a lot of plants that absorbed the melted corpses and sent them back into the earth.
"I hope I'm not wrong in fighting alongside you"

Oh? First the Nurse, and now the Dryrad! The plot thickens~
Hopefully he helps repopulate the dryad's. Only he can prevent extinction.
