Hello everyone! It's your favourite (I hope) Furball!

Sorry for the long absence. Between getting sick and Iceborne's release, I lost a lot more time than expected over the holidays. It didn't help that work's been really busy since my boss had been refusing to hire new hands and head office had decided that post Christmas was the perfect time to cut hours.

It also didn't help the fact that while I did get plenty of writing done the last month and a half, very little of it was actually on Scarlet's tale and hence not really productive at all.

I apologize again on that.

I will be releasing some rewritten chapters this week, and then the first new chapter will come out on midnight GMT Saturday. In addition, there is a few more things I am working on that will become available this week.

Once again, I apologize for the extended delay, and hope that everyone will enjoy the upcoming arc.

Update:

Thanks everyone for the encouraging words. For today, I have uploaded an updated version of chapter 34. I have rewritten the problematic thug encounter. I hope that people check it out and tell me if they like it better than the older version or not.

It's unfortunate, but it seems like it's beyond my skill to write that scene as I had originally imagined it. In addition, without serious rewriting of the arc, removing it wasn't really possible, so I believe that this is the next best thing.

I hope to hear what people think of the changes.
