“Strawber—” I mumbled before she turned towards me with her usual glare of disgust, turning her attention back to the violet-haired lady once more as lightning sparks stood between them as if the two were enemies.

“What are you doing here, elder sister?” Mana asked whilst looking at the violet-haired lady before the violet-haired lady chuckled as she pulled me closer before smirking at Mana who seems to be unmoved by her sudden move.

“This magnificent me is here to escort you, of course,” she responded with pride before whispering into my ear in a soft, seductive tone that feels super disgusting and fake, “Do consider my offer, unless you want to get along with my little sister,” before leaving as the stars filled my eyes.

I was confused over the sudden events. To simplify, the violet-haired lady was the pink, smelly girl’s older sister and it seems like she is offering… or rather triggering her little sister for some reason other than entertainment…? Is that correct?

“What did she tell you?” Mana asked as she grabbed my collar, fuming with anger of some sort before I shook my head, raising up my hands up in fear of angering her even more.

“Nothing at all, she only asked whether if I want to join her in school…” I responded before she released her grip whilst sighing as I added, “I am not considering though since I am offered another work…” before she nodded.

“Well to be exact, she will be working with the headmaster for some time… the vice has already accepted the request…” the black-haired lady interrupted, taking both of us by surprise as the orange-haired girl stood beside her nodding.

“I want to see that kaboom again!” the orange-haired girl said with sparkling eyes of a child, her cheeks were puffing up adorably whilst her eyes looked at me as if expecting me to do something, but I don’t exactly know how to do it as the system here seems to be a tiny bit different from Solis VR and Simulation.

“Ah right, what’s up with the two of them?” I asked curiously before the black-haired lady Seele looked at Mana with a wry smile who nodded before the black-haired lady shook her head and responded to my question with a hesitant voice.

“It’s more of a feud between them that is well-known in the school. You see, her older sister Amelia used to be a proper role model and was highly admired by this girl over here… that was until the girl suddenly went astray where she instead focused on making a harem full of girls rather than focusing on her grades which brought down their family’s reputation…”

“Not to mention, every single one of the members she would surrender always comes to our residence and makes an entire mess! It’s disgusting!” Mana interrupted in between as the other two smiled wryly looking at the violet-haired lady as she walks towards another girl, seducing her essentially as the girl’s face blushed like a maiden-in-love.

Here I thought she was an elegant, warrior-like girl… first impressions are truly the worst way to identify someone’s personality… even the older sister lady is far better than a playgirl who roams around everywhere to find harem members…

“Also, are you alright now… it seems like the two of you got roasted by Mana’s fireball which went astray for some reason, what happened there?” the black-haired lady looked at Mana who suddenly turned pink as she answered in a soft voice.

“I don’t know… my mana output suddenly increased despite all of my attempts to lower it. It was like another person was controlling my mana which shocked me, causing me to stumble back and losing control of the fireball…”

I knew it… it was definitely that stupid Goddess’s doing, there was no way in the world that Goddess wouldn’t do something especially when I am not doing what she wanted… ugh, how annoying!!!! I want to live my life as it is!

“That’s odd. Are you sure it is an external force interfering with your mana and not a psychological mishap since that’s the only explanation I can think of, especially when you consider that mana is not something that can be controlled by an external factor,” the black-haired lady Seele asked as Mana nodded with her face turning pinker.

“Do you perhaps have a fever?” I asked unconsciously, placing a hand on her forehead before a hot sensation covered my hand as she slapped it away before backing off with an even pinker face which confused me, “It seems like you are a bit hot, how about resting?”

“Wh… who needs your help?!” she shouted whilst looking away with a bright red face before a loud clap interrupted between us as the black-haired lady said.

“Well, how about taking a rest for now? We still have an hour before the dissecting unit finishes their dissection of all the monsters, during that time we will do a short burst teleportation spell instead with the help of most of the ones with more than seventy percent of my mana capacity to reduce the energy and time expended to reach the city.”

Short-burst teleportation, that’s a new word for me… is it like another word for lower teleportation where you can only travel a certain amount of distance contrary to higher teleportation in Solis VR where you could teleport to any distance?

“You mean that legendary teleportation spell that is only used by agencies during emergency cases, wouldn’t it be costly to do so considering you have to waste a spell scroll that costs close to half a thousand gold coins each?!” Mana said with surprise before all of a sudden a window popped up.

Oh wow… so half a thousand gold coins is equivalent to how much… 500 thousand USD… wait no… I am bad at Math, is there a calculator function on the terminal… can I use it…? So… a cent a thousand multiplied by another thousand is ten thousand right…? Then if we multiply it by half a thousand, then… 5 million USD?!

“You’d be underestimating our school if you think half a thousand gold coins is going to affect us that much, little Mana!” the orange-haired girl said as she tried patting Mana’s head only for her height to limit her as she pouted adorably.

“Anyways, how about all of you rest for no—“ the black-haired lady Seele was about to say before out of the blue, a loud roar echoed throughout the entire area… it was a roar that was as if a meteor falling down, taking everyone by surprise as we turned towards the direction of the roar before a frenzied, giant boar with twin horns stood there.

“I didn’t mean to hit your butt… okay?” I mumbled seeing the boar as my face paled before the boar roared once more, creating cracks on the floor as sweat dripped on my forehead.
