Note to Amura she should have probably looked up metamathematical logic as Gödel's incompleteness theorems allow one to determine the constraints to keep any given axiomatic framework self consistent.
Note this also automatically reveals that no system can ever be both self consistent and complete as one can always find a true statement which can not be proven from the initial axioms.
Also fun fact applying the criterion of internal self consistency for all possible initially expanding conditions of spacetime involve it expanding within the Einstein field equations gives you the 1st, 2nd and 3rd laws of thermodynamics and in the case of flat or open spacetime geometries this also implies an irreversible arrow of time.

This, I can absolutely get behind, some of the more questionable things... Maybe another system would have been a better idea. Actually, thinking about it, a second system wouldn't be a bad idea anyway, as far as developing strategy goes; have the two play off eachother. Heck, you could introduce a third that just generates the worlds for the two to train in.
