Hell, on the other hand, can do squat if it receives a soul that is ripped or if the majority of the seals are broken, but they can recharge the soul in an extremely fast time compared to Heaven.
Some may say due to mishaps on our part, we accidentally ended worlds by not entirely bleaching the soul.
