Belgrynd's POV

I immediately charge forward in order to end this battle, while at the same time praying that even though he has his monstrous skill supporting him, it will still take some for him to regain his bearings and let me finally win. But once again, just like what happened to Paelisher, it also didn't go what I expected but I had already thought of that in hand as I changed my route.

I dashed even more towards his back. With the current situation, he wouldn't be able to see me properly. So as long as I am fast enough to go behind him before he notices me, I should be able to pull this trick.

" I won," I said as I am now behind him. Putting my shortsword on his neck. It has to be my win. In a situation like this, I could easily just cut off his head, and unlike those anime where the thugs are just holding it without the strength to back it. I already made sure that he couldn't use his hands or legs to attack me!

That is what I want to think.

*stabs*

" Ngh! You crazy guy..." I said as I felt him losing consciousness and falling down. If I didn't take back my shortsword, he would have just slit his own neck with the use of gravity. But still, to sacrifice himself in order to attempt to kill me. Too bad is that it didn't really hit that deep or I would really be in big trouble.

" Bel!" " Lord Paelisher!" I heard the others come rushing in.

Ah right... this guy is still the lord. I kept fighting I thought that I am fighting a monster instead.

And damn... his sword literally just opened a hole through him. While it didn't hit any major organs, I can't begin to think how many blood vessels have been cut off. Tsk... problems already.

I took out the blade that is inside Paelisher as I put both of my hands on this injury as I chanted" ᛋᛈᛁᚱᛁᛏᛋ ᛟᚠ ᛏᚺᛖ ᚹᛟᚱᛚᛞ, ᚨᚲᚲᛖᛚᛖᚱᚨᛏᛖ ᛏᚺᛖ ᚱᛖᚷᛖᚾᛖᚱᚨᛏᛁᛟᚾ ᛟᚠ ᛏᚺᛖ ᛒᛟᛞᛃ ᚨᚾᛞ ᛗᚨᚾᚨ ᚲᛁᚱᚲᚢᛁᛏᛋ ᛟᚠ ᛏᚺᛁᛋ ᛗᚨᚾ, ᚢᛋᚨᚷᛖ ᛟᚠ ᛋᛖᛚᚠ ᛗᚨᚾᚨ ᛁᛋ ᚨᛚᛚᛟᚹᛖᛞ." This is going to be a slow process as the injury is huge and he is not only bleeding blood but also mana.

" Hey what are you doing!" Raisul came yelling at me. Shut up... I am trying to focus...

" Stop it. Can't you see that the lass is trying to heal up Paelisher? Look, a scab is forming down there!" Ganmol said as he stopped Raisul from coming next to me. Why is it always this time that the more clever one-acts dumb while the more muscle-brained one becomes smart?

" Urgh," Oh? waking up already? I guess you aren't a high-ranking guy for no reason. " Don't move too much. You lost a lot of blood and mana, just stay there and recover a bit. I know you ranked up a few times but it doesn't help you in this situation." I said to him as the spell continues. So far, I can see that the skin is starting to come back and most of the major vessels have been temporarily fixed. It would probably take another hour or two to completely heal him though. But at least this isnt a year or two processes like Lucy's legs. Some broken vessels are easy to fix, a lost leg is not.

" Urgh... I am alive?" ah, so good, recovering fast already. 

" Goddess Astrea... did I go to heaven?" never mind. He might be able to talk but he's either blind or become incredibly stupid.

" While I am glad you thought that I am the goddess herself but no. I am not her. She isnt as beautiful as you all think and I am sure that she isnt that free to visit you when you are at death's door." I said to Paelisher directly, earning a deadpan face from Petrasha. What, I am talking about is the truth. She isn't that beautiful compared to the idols back on Earth, and she won't be that free to see everyone when they die. Plus she's pretty much a very carefree person. If it weren't because of her duties, I am sure she would be sitting on a couch somewhere playing games from various other worlds.

" Bel... whatever, so is Paelisher alright? Wait... what about you? I saw you get hurt from the sword too!" Petrasha said, attracting the other two's attention, though it's quite short-lived as they went back to monitor the situation of Paelisher.

" Meh, not like it hit anything serious. Plus, I am a draconian, I am tougher than most races. See, I am not even bleeding that much anymore." I said as I lift up a part of my shirt, to show that the wound isn't bleeding as much as what Paelisher is before. Sadly... this action somehow draws the attention of both Ganmol and Raisul... I thought you both have wives.

" That... is true. Put it down please... even though it's colored red, it's still skin..." Petrasha said with a blush. Bah, not like you never saw it before. Acting mighty high in front of your superior... as expected of Petrasha.

" Anyways... although Paelisher is now stabilized, I would still need an hour or two to fully regenerate him back. So... what now?" I said which first made the three dwarves feel relieved, but also made Petrasha goes thinking mode.

" Start explaining about the teleport circles and the humans then," Petrasha said, straight to the point, love it.

" Talk about the humans first..." Paelisher said, ah, regained your ability to think properly huh. Good.

" Alright, first, it's best you check everywhere for any human hideouts. They can come not only through the sea but also through teleportation circles." the three dwarves were shocked by this revelation of mine.

" Wait... is that why there are still human activities despite no naval invasion?" " That makes the best sense..." " What is teleport again?" 

" Not to mention. This isn't the first time I saw this circle. I sensed one similar to this in the demon continent too." I added, making them even more shocked.

" She meant the Desarrkti continent, I haven't taught her that yet..." Petrasha said with her head laid down.

" The problem is... there aren't that many Demons in Desarrkti... Demons are a very small minority there... " Paelisher said in which I gave a reply that I originally thought is harmless, but raised their attention. " Oh, cause there is this red demon there that got my attention. Somehow he was paying me a lot of attention despite me never meeting him before."

" Raisul..." "On it." Just a simple call and Raisul left the place. Wait what about the teleportation circle I am going to show??? Another day?

" That demon definitely isn't a good omen. The last time a red demon appeared, the human also suddenly had improved technology and attacked us." Paelisher said. Wait does that mean... the red demons are the ones who caused the great war before? But then it doesn't make any sense. Back then when I am on the human continent, I don't sense any demons in there. This either means that demons are only lending technology well or in this case magitechnology. I wonder what would their goal even be...

" We will have to figure out that in the future, for now. Let's just call it a day. I am sure you all are tired after all of that. Plus, with this injury now I think it is best to leave any other stuff to another date." Paelisher said as he just stands up, stopping the regeneration spell. Oh well, time to treat myself then.

With that, almost everyone left except for me and Petrasha. I am not leaving yet because I am healing myself while Petrasha... is dealing with the mess. Sorry and thanks Petrasha! Not my fault that those guys started the fight!

Raisul's POV

Just what is going on? First is those two dragonkin twins, then Petrasha and their entire gang, now this Belgrynd, and then there is the danger of the demon swarm coming back. 

I am seriously getting worked to the bone here...

" Contact our guys at the Desarrkti Continent. Tell them to... what?" I tried to tell those in the network, but what I got shocked me.

Tsk... why now...

I am now rushing back to the ruined training ground, hopefully, Paelisher is still in there.

He isn't. Only the damned dragonkin and the annoying newcomer dwarf are there... Whatever they will do.

" Hey, you two. " I yelled to them which earned the dragonkin's attention but now the newcomer.

" My informants just told me that an anomaly has happened in one of the frontier towns. Since you can fly could you go check it out for me?" I told them. Luckily with the mention of the frontier town, I got the newcomer's attention.

" Is it a formation of ice? If it's that then I am the one who caused it." the dragonkin said it easily... what?

" Originally she was to go and explain it to Paelisher, but you guys went ahead and have these duels, it has to be delayed."
